  1. This is such an important message! As a nutrition expert, I often see people overcomplicate healthy eating when the real key is consistency and simple habits that fit into everyday life.

Healthy cooking doesn't need to be boring, expensive, or complicated—it needs to be sustainable. Which of these habits do you think is the hardest for people to maintain? 👇

  2. Great approach to healthy cooking making nutritious food enjoyable is what makes healthy habits sustainable. I’d also pair this with tracking sleep, activity and recovery. "AlterMe Ring" can be useful for keeping an eye on those wellness patterns and seeing how your daily habits fit into your overall routine.

  3. Great advice! Healthy eating becomes much easier when you focus on sustainable habits instead of strict rules. I've also found that using tools like the AlterMe Ring to track sleep, activity, and recovery helps me make better decisions about my nutrition and overall wellness.

  4. I've been struggling with eating out all the time and I never learned the basics of cooking for myself or basic nutrition concepts. This video was SUPER helpful and I took a ton of screenshots. Looking forward to checking out your website and more videos.

  5. My mouth this entire video was a river. I cant wait to put this into practice next time I go grocery shopping. Thank you so much, i am very grateful for this video.

  6. 1 g of protein per 1lb of body weight sounds like something completely made up by the internet. If it were scientific it would be like 0.812g or something like that, rather than something obviously rounded up from something more precise.

  7. You are so right stating that there are nuances that need to be dealt with for cooking for weight loss that no one is talking about. Well done! There is one other that I don’t hear talked about as well. That is how to implement all this for the calorie needs of an older person. I am a 72 year old woman who resistance trains four days a week to keep or increase muscle mass. I need 115 grams of protein a day at least because older people don’t process protein as fully as a younger person. Plus, I don’t need as many calories as I used to, so I eat way less than I did. And I don’t want to put on weight, which I can do easily. That 115 grams of protein doesn’t leave much room for carbs and fats. Most chefs’ sandwiches would do me for the day. I know what to do, I just wanted to put it out there because it’s pretty challenging. But, hey, it’s a new year and this video was inspiring! So back to the drawing board and Thank You!

  8. 1:33 not the book from the dude who couldn't even write a proper thesis to actually earn his degree lmao… Or spell "Nutrient" for that matter, apparently. I can guarantee you Israetel made those percentages up.

  9. So refreshing to be taught principles that can apply to individuals lifestyles rather than "you have to do this, and this only". Thanks for sharing your expertise, knowledge and experience.
