  1. If you just happen to be one of the unlucky few that have tried almost everything in your power to get manly, chiseled pecs, then there's something else that may help. Try go’ogling Baker Henistole's stuff, it lays down a 20 day plan.

  2. Be careful with Mark Mc!iar's sales pitches. As his name suggests, it is a cunning businessman who promises mountains of gold, but earns mountains of gold himself through his sales tricks of nonsensical supplements, which have been proven to be snake oil!

  3. I'm 72. I've been athletic most of my life, mostly cycling, and some gym.

Retiired and a homeowner now. I've so much to do, I haven't been working out because of it.

I switched to high (good) fat keto, dropped weigh, loosing my gut… just getting back to the gym… It's like starting over. I am weak, and it sucks… I've got to get it back.

I never ate what you said I should eliminate.. But i am low carb… so keeping them to a minimum…

I had a vegan/vegitatian diet for 40 years, and developed diabitic damage… So minimal carbs is how I'm going to heal this damage. So far, so good..

  4. Great video! I'm 65 and do the 16/8 just about every day…..I feel much better utilizing this than the 3 squares a day. In regard to the protein, I too have a hard time making the required grams per day for my body weight. Which supplemental protein is best, whey or pea? Thank you!

  5. Thanks Gary 51 years old and I eat healthy my problem is getting 160 170 grams of protein everyday . I have a protein shake 5 days a week you can't have boiled eggs cottage cheese everyday
