  1. Potatoes are massive in a cut. 5lbs of Potatoes cut up, 2 tbsp of oil, garlic salt and pepper (or whatever) Bake. Add them to anything to increase volume and satiety in your meals. Cheat codes activated.

  2. I'm sorry but apples more filling than white bread?!?! IN what world is this accurate? I can easily eat 5 apples and still be starving considering they're mostly water. Yet if I tried eating the same amount of white bread it's be way to full to eat anything else.

  3. I lost 75 pounds in 8 months I cut out all my sugars 🎂🧁🍰🥮all the fatty foods🥓🥩🍔🌮🌭🍕🍟 I walk for a half an hour every day I ride my exercise bike for half an hour every day I eat more🍉🍈🍇🍎🍅🫒🫑🥑🥒🍑🍒🍋🍊🍓🍌🍍🌽🥕🥝🥦🥬🧅🧄 and popcorn no salt no butter, so far, so good ,I weighed 241 lb when I first started, now I'm down to 166 pounds

  4. Just off the pic watermelon is not filling its NOt it is literally water when you eat a lot of watermeln it just acts like a lot of water in your stomach it does not feel like actual foodbetter to eat a real meal and have it as dessert or a snack

  5. In regards to oatmeal or porridge as I know it by and mashed potatoes. Around 10 years ago I ended up with dysphagia (swallowing problems), I had to adapt my diet to a lot of soft wet foods that made it easy for me to eat without any problems. I was asked to take porridge, mashed potatoes, also sliced potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli which I mashed up those 3 vegetables to make a soft meal.

Within a 2 month period of eating a large bowl of porridge each morning, coupled by drinking water (the water was suggested as too much porridge can cause constipation due to it absorbing the water in your digestive tract), then eating mashed vegetables daily, I was able to lose over 2 stone in weight over a 2 month period, I still to this day eat much of the food above, I never buy takeaway food, everything is self cooked/steamed.

I'd love to use an airfryer, however, they are not so ideal due to my swallowing problems. I now take greek yoghurt and mixed fruits to blend with low fat milk or almond milk for my breakfast and a drink for my work.

  6. 9:17 holy fuck dude! how many noodle came in that fucking can!? last time i had fucking cambells noodles there wasnt fucking shit in that bitch but the broth. had like 2 fucking tiddly winks of noodles and that was it. not even half a cups worth of noodles. this guys got like a cup and a half full

  7. Many of these have issues for me. I am allergic to gluten so I can't eat many grains including oats. Even though there are so called gluten free oats, I have learned that you can still have a reaction to oats regardless of whether they are certified gf. I am also allergic to egg whites. There are the lectins which are in many foods and high sugar content of many fruits. I gained 20 lbs over the last three years which I can't get off. Being small boned and petite it doesn't look good on me at all. I'm at my wits end as to how to get this weight off as nothing is working. I've never had a problem like this before and keep changing my diet, but I don't know what to do anymore. I've also heard that potatoes cause an insulin reaction which can cause weight gain, etc. I love potatoes so giving them up is really sad and hard for me. I know you said they are good, I'm just stating what a doctor I follow has indicated. Thank you for the thoughts anyhow 🙂
