  1. Thank you for this. I am currently on snack # 8 in the video, and I am sitting here this morning annoyed with myself because I ate dinner at 4:30 last night and went to a 4-hour work shift. I lost my battle and snacked at 10pm. Toast, avocado & Cashews. I knew it was bad. I had every one of your suggestions in my fridge/pantry…but didn't even consider them

  2. Im trying to stick to 3 filling meals a day but sometimes Im still hungry by 3 or 4pm so these snacks will come in very handy. Side note i grow my own watermelon and keep the seeds to sow again the next year. if you have lawn you can grow food instead.

  3. I'm not trying to be a downer, but as a new diabetic, I was told that watermelon is high in sugar and should not be eaten regularly and cottage cheese, unfortunately, is very high in sodium. Both of these two foods are favorites of mine and hard to give up. Anything else close to these foods that are just as good?

  4. Listen to the amounts and great preparation tips he gives for each one.
    0:44 -1. Popcorn
    3:06 -2. Watermelon
    4:29 -3. Gelatin
7:02 -4. Cottage cheese, full fat
    8:47 -5. Greek yogurt
10:14 -6. Celery or carrots with hummus
    12:02 -7. Eggs, hard boiled
14:28 -8. Hot cacao, not prepackaged kind
    16:22 -9. Chia seed pudding
17:56 -10. Konjac (shirataki) noodles or spiralized zucchini

  5. But dairy has been proven by top heart doctors such as esselstyn that dairy is not good for you as well as being highky infoammatory. Not eating cottage cheese

  6. For hard boiled eggs, i like to add the eggs to the pot of water at the beginning when the water is cold and bring to a gentle boil. As soon as it starts to boil, time it for 10 minutes and then transfer to a bowl of cold water (you can then add a few ice cubes). Make sure you are using "older" eggs and not brand new ones.

  7. Awwww thanks for all the snack info ! I made hummus and zucchini balls a week ago but added pita bread and crackers to veggies to consume hummus and zucchini balls have ricotta and fresh Parmesan garlic bread crumbs etc lol I do air popped popcorn with 1-4 cup peanuts mixed in 1 tbl butter and nutritional yeast and a little salt — I have a watermelon in the house. I just wrapped up consuming a pineapple, but with my watermelon I want to use feta and mint leaves and basil to make a salad, but this is where I’m gaining weight and I need to drop 20 pounds. Feel like a big slug love your enthusiasm
