  1. Eating high satiety foods and being a fanatic of low calorie high protein whole foods has been a game changer. I've found that even without a binge there are some foods I can't keep simply because they are so calorie dense, I outsource them in portioned amounts or go out for treats that aren't hacked for protein

  2. I agree! I simply cannot have my trigger foods in my house. Its an all or nothing mentality for me. Im not a sweets person at all. But I love croissants or corn bread muffins things like that. So I just won't buy them or have them near me. Its not worth derailing my progress/ lifestyle

  3. I'm so grateful for having finally watched the rest of this video today! I implement a few of these tips already but I'm definitely going to keep the rest of these tips in mind especially as I approach the maintenance part of my health and fitness journey. I regularly fast and I've already decided ages ago not to eat back to back days if I can help it. I'm down 183lbs from my heaviest weight of 325lbs a little over ten years ago and now have 24lbs left to go until I hit my ultimate goal weight. It's been a long road but I'm looking forward to hitting maintenance and am locked in! Definitely plan on rewatching this video! Now going to recite your supermodel affirmations! Thank you so much, Whitney!

  4. My biggest triggers are fatigue and being sad…
Anyone has a tip for getting my mind to not buy trash when I come back home (walking) from a long shift and do not stop to buy trash at bakeries/supermarket ?
It's only a willpower to have but it's like meal prep, the less you have to fight or think, the more likely you are to fail anything…

If soneone out there has any tip ipm taking it in
These are the only things that trigger my diet

  5. You are AWESOME. The ONLY honest weight loss youtuber. I searched literally everywhere for a channel like this that teaches getting model skinny, all the others teach that muscular/ lean look which im not into

You are a gem and my favorite YouTuber

  6. I'm on the last 8 lbs before I reach my goal weight. I was out with my husband and he decided to get McDonald's and he told me to indulge a little. I got a McDouble with no bun, fries, and a Diet Coke. I tell you the truth, I got home and instantly had the biggest craving to raid my kitchen for all its carbs. I have NEVER felt that way in months since I locked in on losing my last 10 lbs. Do not mess with the power of MSG in fast food Lord help me

  7. I’ve tried countless times to have self control with chips in the house. Chips are my kryptonite but everyone kept saying don’t be so strict it’s ok blah blah blah and then an entire family bag of chips later I’m furious for not just listing to my inner thoughts which KNOWS BETTER than to have my addictive snack in the house! I felt bad like something’s wrong with me that I have to be all or nothing with chips. But bottom line, I know myself and know what I can and can’t have in the house so regardless of outsiders opinions, it’s my body, my health, and my home! So I’ll keep what I want and what I DONT want in my home😊 it’s only me and my husband and he doesn’t care about chips 😂 so literally no point having them in our home.

  8. 22:02 i feel like a better way of describing this is creating balance. Its not necessarily "making up for it" but just trying to balance the unhealthy habits with healthy habits. Totally get what u mean tho and i agree.
