Women have been lied to about fat loss for years, told to eat less, do endless cardio, and avoid weights. But real fat loss isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing the right things consistently.

In this video, I break down the 4 Fat Loss Non-Negotiables that make fat loss simpler, sustainable, and far more effective.

🥩 Protein Priority: Eating enough protein keeps you full, protects muscle, and increases calorie burn through digestion.
🏋️ The Muscle Advantage: Strength training boosts metabolism, builds lean muscle, and reduces stubborn belly fat.
🔥 The Deficit Sweet Spot: Extreme dieting backfires — the key is a sustainable 15–20% calorie deficit that your body can maintain.
📏 The Measurement Mindset: Stop obsessing over the scale. Track waist measurements, progress photos, and how your clothes fit instead.

Master these four simple shifts, stay consistent for 90 days, and fat loss becomes far more automatic.
