  1. All my life I've been slim but 10 full years of the menopause on top of 30+ yrs of a diagnosed under-active thyröid, losing my shape has been extremely hard to except.. I've recently started Tai-Chi so I'm waiting for any results..great video thank you…🥹

  2. I have alot of respect for you & your Wife, your a wonderful God loving couple. And I thank you both for sharing all that you share! God Bless you both! ❤🙏 ❤

  3. Great video, Dr. Berg! About 10 years ago I developed an anaphylaxis allergy to soy, including air-borne reactions. But in a way the allergy has been a blessing to make me research healthy oils and changing my diet to no seed oils.

  4. When I did intermittent fasting 18:6 – I ended up eating too much during my window because I was usually so hungry. I then started over eating when window was open. When I stopped doing intermittent fasting I was used to over eating at meal times. I'm wondering how you stop that. I'm doing 3 low carb meals a day now and haven't weighed myself, but I don't eat in between meals and I eat protein with each meal – I don't get hungry now in between meals and am able to wait 5 or 6 hours be for I eat next meal. I'm wondering if eating disorders start with people trying to eat all they can at the one meal and then eventually not doing the fasting, but just over eating.

  5. Exercise is crucial to lose excess weight and to maintain a lean body. I started a diet combined with an unusual physical activity which is walking around the park for 30 minutes and end it up with an uphill walk fir 10 minutes every other day and somtimes walk up 5 section of long stairs total of 95 stairs steps near the park. For food, 0 deep fried food, low red meat, mostly baked or steamed fish, mixed steamed or sauteed veggies. Only evo. Carbs, I eat all types of baked goods with breakfast, but never after 10 am. Anither important change is dinner at 6 or 6:30 the latest, and don't eat anything else after that. I also cut down a lot on snacks and narrowed it to healthy snacks such as 85% dark chocolate or trail mix.
Nothing with corn syrup, margarine, soft drinks, packaged cookies, or chips.
Honestly, it wasn't that hard after all.
Also, I rode my bike for short distances for light grocery shopping.
I went down from size 40 to 36 in two months and toned legs because of the stairs.

  6. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I had no gym experience, no expensive equipment, and almost gave up on getting in shape. But the book called Underground Body Codex showed me a simple, effective training and nutrition approach. Within a few days, I felt stronger, more focused, and motivated again. Total game changer for me. Highly recommend giving it a look.
