Wow. Ok, makes sense…now give me something for people who inject insulin as a therapy for diabetes
Thought that was Caitlyn Jenner at first
Never eat after sunset… ha ha our sun sets in my country as late as 9:30pm during summer due to our location. 20gms of carbohydrates per day is a keto diet. I have multiple comorbidities so I need more sleep than most people due to fatigue etc so if I went to bed and was up the same time every morning I would crash during the day. I don't have much stress though.
I though she said cortis IM LIKE NOOO >:(
I wake up at 6:30 for school. You want me to go to sleep at 6:30pm? Hell no
Spot reducing has been debunked by the fitness industry for decades. I learned this when I was studying for my ACSM certification in the late 80's.
20g or less carbs per day would be really hard for me! I would have to do a carnivore diet but i just can't do that right now.
The unfortunate truth is that social media platforms like YouTube only pushes people that express things in extremes. If you don't make fear part of your content, YouTube doesn't push your channel out there. To get seen you have to make content that focues on one extreme or the other. That is part of the agenda to supress the moderate vantage point.
Dr. Boz (and many others) express themselves in extremes to get views of information that regardless of presentation format is important for people to hear/see. In Dr. Boz's case the information she presents does work and I benefit from it even though I don't care for her delivery. But is that because it is how she thinks or is it because she understands how the algorythm works and is driven more by getting good information out there?
Yes sleep is important. Does she expect people to all really be able to achieve perfection? Probably not. But in working towards improving one's situation one can make improvements. Even small improvements do help health wise. Finding a way to sleep even 30 more minutes a night is a huge win for your health. I say that as a 55 year old man that has had accute insomnia since being a teenager.
I work shifts
Advice for me please 😆
Basically, don't live life
It’s about not eating at night
You’re right I’ve done those things before I saw this video and they’re working. I lost 5 pounds.
So much bs😂 we don't times tide and we eat desert. I'm sorry, nope
sunset varies depending on the season though 😢
Doesn't protein also increase insulin levels even if on low carb diet?
“Make sure to go to sleep at the same time every day” then theres a me an on call railroader who goes to work at random times every day lolol im cooked on that one
"…see morning sunlight &…never eat after sunset" means YOUR morning & YOUR sunset based on YOUR circadian clock.
Does this sugar also include the one in fruits like watermelon, pineapples & others
Are you confused about visceral fat and subcutaneous? Pictured man pinching subcutaneous but sounds like you are discussing visceral. Making me confused. It makes me remember frog 🐸 dissections.
Doesn't sunset happen around 3pm so you should only eat breakfast not even lunch (I eat at 4-5pm)
How am I supposed to not eat carbs? There are carbs in vegetables, and it’s also something you need.
"Spot on, Dr. Boz! 🎯 Belly fat is absolutely a metabolic and hormonal issue, not just a matter of 'eating less and exercising more.' Elevated insulin and chronic cortisol don't just store fat—they also directly damage the gut lining and disrupt the microbiome, leading to systemic inflammation and leaky gut. At @GutFuel Labs, we always advocate that fixing your circadian rhythm (with morning sunlight) and lowering insulin spikes is the primary step to healing your gut and unlocking effortless fat loss. Cutting carbs and avoiding late-night eating is a game-changer for metabolic health! 🔥🌱"
I’ll talk to my nutritionist before I listen to you
"Sleep and wake at the same time every day"
I rotate between day shift and night shift every week.
That explains a lot because I’ve been working out for 5 years and most of those days I did sit-ups and mountain climbiers
😢😢😢😢
Less than 20g of carbs lol I do that and I die u need carbs regardless to perform well throughout the day Js do cardio and don’t be lazy lmao
Watching this while eating ice cream at midnight
Well I have to sleep at 10:PM and wake up at 10:AM?
Also I haven’t been able to sleep more than a few hours but it helped when I blacked out the windows with heavy drapes. Any kind of light sunlight street light or car lights wakes me up.
Sunset can be pretty late in the summer. Eight or Eight thirty sunset and that’s too too late to eat.
20 grams of carbohydrates?§?
Sunset is 8:30 pm here. I would say don't eat for 5 and a 1/2 hours before you go to bed.
