Some of the foods you eat every day could be keeping your body stuck in fat-storage mode — even when they look “healthy.” After breaking down more than 11,000 food ingredients, I narrowed down the biggest belly-fat mistakes to 7 simple swaps you can start making at the grocery store. I’ll show you which foods to avoid, what to replace them with, and how those choices change as your body heals — including the one type of food I believe can do even more damage to your waistline than sugar.

So, the eggs in the thumbnail were clickbait.
The American diet is wretched. I say that as a Brit who lived there in the early 2000s. Sugar in EVERYTHING – even the bread. Very hard to make good choices. That said, back in the UK, I piled on the pounds (Covid lockdown, menopause). Bad cholesterol scores led me to the world of lentils. Amazing! Cheap – and you can pad out any ground meat recipe without noticing. Am also loving eggs – cholesterol scares a few years back are bunk. For potato and pasta, science shows if you cook, cool for 24 hours then reheat, the GI index goes down. And – forget rice. Freekeh is now my 'go to'. 20 lbs gone.
I've been eating junk for years…thinking I was healthy. 🎉 For the last 5 months I have been cleaning up the way I eat. 🎉 Years too late…but, hopefully eating cleaner and exercising will turn it around soon. 🎉

the seed oil to avocado oil swap seems small but it adds up way more than people expect over weeks of cooking. the nighttime snacking swap is the one that trips people up most though since cravings hit after dinner when willpower is lowest. night shred black from Inno Supps is formulated as a fat burner to take before bed for that exact window instead of raiding the pantry.
Is it okay to cook the brown rice, put it in the fridge overnight and then reheat it the next day and eat it 🤷🏼♀️
Maybe you have done it, but a video showing all the different methods to reduce insulin, what to take before meals, food order, squats and walking after meals, to enable more consumption of small amounts of carbs. Tried cauliflower rice yesterday, never again!

I’ve tried allulose. It was disgusting and on top of that was not sweet. Monk fruit has a weird taste and stevia gives me headaches and the runs. I guess I can’t use any sweeteners. Oddly enough, considering everything mentioned in this video Sweet and Low is the only one that doesn’t bother me. How weird is that
That would be great, of grapefruit tasted good, if it tastes as good as an orange.
This is exactly what I needed to see today.
Needed this today, seriously.
