  1. Had these tested. My cortisol is in the
Normal range and so is my fasting insulin. Belly fat is terrible. No alcohol or sugars. On HRT. Strength training and incline cardio walks. Marco counting. I am at a loss.

  2. "Such a relief to find this natural resource. I’ve observed a massive improvement in my daily emotional resilience since including Shankhpushpi Capsules by Planet Ayurveda."

  3. I want to know how and to finally lose weight of course I've tried everything I'm 60 I've tried everything and then it's brother too. Nothing. I've gone through menopause and 80 lbs no matter what I was doing and I was a runner and played baseball so I was very active nothing ever works. I feel miserable and hopeless

  4. “the people who provoke Me continually to My face, who slaughter in gardens, and burn incense on slaughter-places of brick; who sit among the burial-sites, and spend the night in secret places, who eat flesh of pigs, and the broth of unclean meat is in their pots,”
    ‭‭Yeshayah (Isaiah)‬ ‭65‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭TS2009‬‬

  5. That’s in fish! In humans we need more studies, so far we only can say that glycine does NOT increase cortisol.

I am not saying it won’t help, the scientific community is saying we don’t know yet.

  6. I have been been exposed to enormous amounts of stress and i havent been able to have normal sleep in more than a year. I eat a ton of eggs abd chicken yet cortisol levels are still really high 😢

  7. 🤦🏽‍♂️ let’s isolate an hormone and blame it for everything but bad credit… Do you know what increases cortisol? Intense exercise, Do you think we should stop exercising?

  8. I am unsure, but I think that eating most chicken cuts and drinking chicken broth are high in glycine, but I also thought that just the chicken breast was quite low in glycine. And then when we just do chicken breast, like some bodybuilders do, we should take supplemental glycine at the same time. Is that true?
