  1. What's up guys! My training and nutrition goals are off to a great start in the New Year! Feels great to be in a solid groove with both. I had a nice few requests to do this "grocery shopping" style video after my upload with Bro Jeff, so I was wondering — is there any other type of video you'd like to see from me or any specific topic you'd like to see me cover? Always looking for ideas. Hope you all have a great weekend!

  2. Honestly glad to hear that i'm not the only one who likes to have a snack right before bed. All the advice i've heard is that eating before bed is bad for your sleep but i can't sleep hungry & it's not like i'm starving myself during the day.

  3. Who cares about ethics they are animals we are top of the food chain until we are not, do you think a polar bear thinks if its ethical to eat us when it happens 😂 dude tell me about macros for new ideas not woke agenda bs so you can get layed by some feminist bitch

  4. Im genuinely curious the logic behind NOT eating beef for ethical reasons, but still eating chicken and turkey? Why? Because they're bigger?
A single cow would produce 500lbs of meat, more than enough to last you several years (especially if you're only eating meat once a day). Typical grocery store birds are 3.5-5lbs, which wouldn't last a week.

There has certainly been a lot of anti beef propaganda, but I think most of it is being blown way out of proportion.
Most cows live a pretty happy life. Nearly every cow spends MOST of its life living a life that sounds like what "Free Range" SHOULD mean. Most cows are born and grow up in a pasture. Where i live, you realistically need 1-1.5 acres of pasture per head of cow to make sure they have plenty of food. Theyll spend about a year and a half on the pasture, until they get close to market size, and then they're usually sent to a feed lot for a few months to fatten up.
Imo, thats a better life than a chicken in a hen house with 10s of thousands of birds. FREE RANGE (at least in the US) means they have ACCESS to an outdoor area. Most never venture outside.

  5. If you’ve been wondering why you’re not feeling as strong, motivated, or sharp as you used to, Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks might just have the answers. The book focuses on the power of testosterone and how increasing it can seriously transform your health and mindset. If you’re tired of feeling drained or out of balance, this book offers some solid advice on how to get back to your peak

  6. not gonna lie, i felt numb for months. like i was just surviving, not really living. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a yt comment and i gave it a shot. bro… this book gave me my edge back. not by yelling at me to hustle, but by showing me how to fix my foundation. life hits different now.

  7. I felt so drained and tired everday. I tried everything, preworkouts, youtube gurus, morning routines that nearly killed me. none of it hit. then i saw someone mention Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in the comments and it literally changed my life. Following everything in that book past couple of weeks made me realize I was running on empty for YEARS. wish I knew about this years ago🔥

  8. if you're scrolling and feel off, read this. i was burnt out, low energy, not myself. found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks, had zero expectations but man. chapter by chapter it rebuilt me. no hype bs, not fake motivation just stuff that grounds you and resets your system. this book really saved me. wish I found it sooner.🔥

  9. Tried all the hacks. ice baths, preworkouts, even dopamine detoxes. none of it clicked. I felt so tired everyday. then someone dropped Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks in a comment and I checked it out. been locked in ever since. no hype, just clarity. wild how long I was running on fumes.🔥

  10. When you say maybe it would be more ethical to not eat any eggs, do you think it's more ethical if the chickens were never born at all? There would be a lot less chickens in the world if we didn't eat their eggs. I don't know if I agree with that.

  11. In norway the free range eggs just means the hens have more space, but it makes it sound better than it actually is. Organic eggs is what you want if you want to have a guilt free conscience. Those hens have access to outside and a lot more space to walk on. Free range is better than regular, but thats not saying much considering the cruelty of regular eggs

  12. Buy your eggs, vegetables, honey and fruit from local farmers and farmers' markets whenever possible that's the best; especially if you're concerned about more ethical/environmental impacts as buying local will cut out a lot of transportation and plastic use. Also, I understand a lot of people have ethical/environmental concerns about animal product usage and theres a lot of quote "scientific evidence" that suggests to stay away from red meat in particular, however I beleive personally our consumption of animal products is what has helped us evolve for generations. I can only speak for myself on this one but anecdotally I was able to improve my health (putting an autoimmune issue in remission) perfomance and recovery by consuming more quality red meat. If you ever decide to add more meat to your diet purchasing from a local butcher is the way to go as you can eat more nose to tail and sustainably. 😀

  13. free range chickens have better chances of getting sick then possibly killed off cost of eggs go up….caged chickens if they get sick the ppl have a better chance of finding the sick chicken to remove it and the other chickens have better chances of survival cost of eggs go down
