  1. "…never letting our body kind of relax. So we are always in on that mode, and then if we are not fueling for that, then we are never able to get into parasympathetic." That really hit home for me.

  2. Well, I’m screwed then. I have a very unpredictable life and a very type A brain. I try so hard to do all the “right” things but at the end of the day I’m so stressed I can’t sleep. Vicious cycle.
    Good advice though.
