The Only Kettlebell Complex you Need To Burn Fat and Tone Up.

Comment the word “COMPLEX” and I’ll send you a FREE week of kettlebell training aligned to the from my 8 week kettlebell program.

This is the only kettlebell complex you need to burn fat and tone up.

Here’s why.

The more muscle you recruit, the more energy your body has to use.

That’s exactly what this complex does.

You’re constantly moving between pulling, hinging, squatting, pressing, lunging, conditioning, and pushing.

Almost every major muscle group is working from start to finish, driving your heart rate up and increasing the number of calories you burn during the workout.

But it doesn’t stop there.

After you finish, your body still has work to do.

It has to restore oxygen, replenish energy stores, and repair muscle tissue.

That recovery process is called EPOC (the afterburn effect), where your metabolism stays elevated while your body recovers.

That’s one reason full-body kettlebell complexes are such an effective tool for improving body composition and losing weight.

20-Minute AMRAP

* 10 Bent-Over Rows
* 15 Swings
* 8 Clean + Thrusters
* 10 Alternating Reverse Lunges
* 20 Kettlebell Toe Taps
* 10 Horn Push-Ups

I used a 20 kg (44 lb) kettlebell.

Weight Suggestions:

* Beginner: 8–12 kg (18–26 lb)
* Intermediate: 12–16 kg (26–35 lb)
* Advanced: 20–24 kg (44–53 lb)

Coaching Cues:

* Bent-Over Rows: Pull your elbows toward your back pockets.
* Swings: Drive with your hips, not your arms.
* Clean + Thrusters: Let your legs create the power.
* Reverse Lunges: Stay tall and drive through your front heel.
* Toe Taps: Stay light and keep moving.
* Horn Push-Ups: Keep your body rigid from head to heels.

Rest as needed, but keep the timer running.

Train your muscles to grow.

Train your body to move.

You don’t have to choose one or the other.

Save this workout and let me know how many rounds you complete.

  1. Do an actual kettlebell clean and do a front squat. The lunges can also be with a kb in the rack position. You end up working your obliques and shoulders as well. Half of this is nonsense. Why have kettlebells if you aren't actually using kettlebell movements?

  2. Awesome. if you have access to 2 KBs definitely recommend to try it with 2 once you feel confident enough. and try the clean + thruster dead from ground, with 2 KBs it will be very challenging.
