INGREDIENTS & CALORIES FOR EACH MEAL:
BREAKFAST OATS (582 calories, 40g protein):
⅔ cup (60g) oats
pinch salt
½ scoop (15g) protein powder
¾ cup (150g) plain fat free greek yogurt
½ cup (125 mL) water
1 banana
1 tbsp (15g) peanut butter
FREEZER LUNCH BURRITO (497 calories, 41g protein):
1 large white flour tortilla
4oz (110g) chicken breast
½ onion
½ bell pepper
⅓ cup (60g) canned pinto beans
1oz (28g) cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce for seasoning
EGG FRIED RICE (587 calories, 35g protein):
3 whole eggs
1.5 cups (~160g) cooked white rice (can use 1 pack of instant rice)
1/2 cup green peas (frozen)
2 carrots (diced)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce for seasoning
DESSERT SMOOTHIE (333 calories, 35g protein):
1 scoop (30g) protein powder
1 banana (frozen)
1 tbsp (15g) peanut butter
5-10 ice cubes
3/4 cup (175mL) water
First on our healthy meal plan: overnight protein oats. Use a mason jar or any container and first add in the oats, 0% plain Greek yogurt, and protein powder. Pop it in the fridge, and in the morning you can top it with a banana, a tablespoon of peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
Lunchtime! Next up on our list of easy, high protein meals, freezer burritos. Dice up your chicken and cook in a pan with your pinto beans. Transfer that to a plate after it’s done then chop up your onions and green peppers and cook them in the same pan until soft. Once cooked, drain any liquid, mix in your chicken and beans, and let it all cool for about 5-10 minutes. Add one portion of the vegetables and one portion of the chicken and bean mix to the middle lower third of the tortilla. Top it with a serving of cheddar cheese. Roll her up then wrap her in aluminium foil or saran wrap, toss in the freezer, and then once you’re ready to eat, simply unwrap and heat it up in the microwave.
Optional fat loss meal plan snack (recommended between lunch and dinner): 1 Apple, Orange, or Kiwi
Alright it’s dinner time, and it’s fried rice. In a pan scramble 3 whole eggs then set aside on a plate. Next, dice your carrots and cook them in a pan with your green peas and some garlic. Once the veggies are soft, add in your white rice. Next, add some soy sauce to your liking and then stir in your scrambled eggs, and you’re done with the third meal of your cheap meal prep!
Bonus: we’re throwing in a dessert to help satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy, budget-friendly way. In a blender simply add a frozen banana, 1 scoop of protein powder (chocolate usually works best), 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 3/4 cup of water, and about 5-10 ice cubes depending on how thick you like your smoothies.
Enjoy!

On that burrito I'd add a chipotle Greek yogurt sauce instead of salsa
I was all on board until you said, "protein powder taste amazing" hell no it doesnt. I wish I could find a protein powder that I actually liked, even if i had to sacrifice some protein for better flavor I totally would.
2026 is here but still here for one of best video
I got this hella beat both in terms of price and complexity.

How is the egg fried rice 35g of protein? An egg is only 6g with a 1/2 cup of peas being an additional 4g.
A serving of 3 eggs and a 1/2 cup of peas only makes 22g of protein.
Your mum looks like she's in her early 30s
Rice is probably the cheapest but I find adding in beans (usually canned for convenience) fills me up much faster. Usually do beans and potatoes plus whatever random vegetables and protein.

I just watched another video recently of someone saying that for women especially it's important to eat enough protein especially after working out, because otherwise the body thinks it's starving and will hold onto fat (and probably burn muscle instead).
I don't fully understand all the science, but I was definitly waking up early, working out, barely eating breakfast (I did at least eat a protein bar and a yogurt), then not eating much during the day (sometimes only one meal way later in the afternoon). Definitely not a healthy, sustainable diet.
So, I'm definitely going to be trying these night before oats, and trying to incorpate more than just one other meal a day. Should help with energy and stress too.
First meal taste like garbage
Im very exited about this!❤
Aldi is my go to every time 😎
I'll have to do some fine-tuning, but I was surprised how filling the oatmeal was.

The food sniper. The parents' kid food ninja
ive been following the same plan unknowingly while looking for more recipies online. For those wondering, I have lost 8kg in around 40 days doing this and i hardly feel like i am dieting cus the food is simply delicious.
edit: dont skip out on overnight oats! they really help quell hunger throughout the day.
Would you be willing to make a similar video for some of the more common dietary restrictions? I happen to be gluten and dairy free, and while some of the foods can be swapped for similar gluten and dairy free options, it is no longer an affordable/cheap meal.
hey i was wandering what can i swap with any of the beans i can't eat beans so i would like to know
Is there a good replacement for beans in the burrito?
Absolutely hate beans.
👉 Oats is not for fat loss because The Oats Gi number is over 55. An All Yellow Ripe Banana Protein Shake is a better option for Fat Loss, "All Yellow Ripe Bananas" got a 51 Gi Number. Also, No White Rice at all! The White Rice Gi Number is waaay over 55! Brown Rice got only a 40 Gi number, a way better option. Anything to eat and drink that have a Gi Number over 55 will make you Overweight and Obese within a month. 👈
It was in SPAM Folder. Got it THNKS! 💥👊💯🫵
That's about 6 times I've Tried to get the Meal plan. I'm not getting in my INBOX!! 🤔
Can I use Semi skimmed milk in the Oats? . Shouldn't add to much will it?
I really wish someone would do one focused on diabetics. I don’t care how much protein these meals have if they all have a ton of carbs too. I kid you not, we can’t even eat a whole banana in one meal, that’s too many carbs
Any woman that can fold me a burrito is the one.
I usually just have a fish and a rice cake than fish than fish and a rice cake than fish than fish and a rice cake
I want to see a remake of this video… (cheap food prep) … BUT where everything is organic, and antibiotic free, and all the (not conventional options)

Commenting from France lol I have an Aldi and a Lidl in the front of my building
Cheap this is my favorite word
WinCo generally beats Aldi on price for most pantry staples, bulk items, and name brands. However, Aldi often has lower prices on specific private-label items like organic produce, cheese, and dairy.
