My Girlfriend Gained Weight & Is Letting Herself Go

What it means and what you should do if your girlfriend has gained weight and is letting herself go physically.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer whose girlfriend of 2 years has gained about 20 pounds and is starting to let herself go physically. He is losing attraction for her and is becoming interested in other women. Then he feels guilty after a week or so and starts making the effort to open her up and romance her again. He wonders if he should just date other women or not be with only one woman and asks my opinion.

  1. I had to have this conversation with my current girlfriend, and now my fiance, and if they value themselves and your relationship, they will start making the effort it is easier if you are in shape and eat healthy with them you can't have this conversation if you also have let yourself go and just expect her to get in shape

  2. I dated a girl who put on 30 pounds in less than six months of dating and then claimed that she was just older so it was gonna be not possible to lose weight. She was 25.

  3. If a man loses his job, gains weight or goes bald I’m gonna make sure he knows that I’m no longer attracted to him and that my “love” was just conditional based on the way I feel. If he ever struggles with ED I’m gonna laugh and shame him and make him feel like shiitttt!!!! You dumb motherfuckers do not deserve grace, compassion or empathy. You deserve the judgment thrown at you that you dish out.

    By the way your bald fucking head and brain retardation make it where your wife doesn’t get wet anymore. She’s fantasizing about her young coworkers 🤷‍♀️ sorry about your luck you sub human douche bags. Thanks for the video. It’s so nice to know how “men” are. 🤡

  4. What if my girl says she can’t, cause it is giving her mental issues and she is creating a bad relationship with food by tracking calories.

    She basically saying she starting to get anorexia by me letting her know to track calories

    @corey

  5. My girlfriend is letting herself go and it’s pissing me the hell off. She doesn’t understand how important it is. She’s also an alcoholic though so that’s the main reason she’s getting out of shape.

  6. Another thing that is do frustrating about this is I believe most men, if their partner told them they need to get in shape… they’d be at the gym or doing activities the very next day. But telling a woman this has all kinds of repercussions that are totally unfair. Unbelievable lol 😆

  7. Men get angry and call women disloyal for leaving men when they are broke (something that actually affects your quality of life and threatens your ability to survive and raise your children) yet they leave women over cosmetic issues all the time and think it is ok. LoL

  8. This advice is so harsh and if this is how men speak to each other, I despair. This man should not be in a relationship. He just wants to screw around elsewhere with young hot bodies he feels he deserves. His comments are so insincere and transparent. He only talks about what he will gain or lose. Please let her go to be happy with someone else. I bet as soon as he leaves she will become her best self. I have seen it so many times. When there is such a huge emphasis on looks and the body, women will retreat NOT come forward to their partners. Men have NO idea of the judgmental world women live in and how easily they can crush their loved ones by looking elsewhere or by voicing negative body comments. It creates distance and is not coming from a loving place. Bob, she needs your love and acceptance of how she is right now so she can feel safe enough to look after herself.
    That’s your harsh reality and I wonder if you can or are willing to do it? She doesn’t want workout plans, she wants emotional support.

  9. It’s so simple though to rectify.
    My girl weighs ~85kgs which is about 10kgs more than me and her body composition isn’t great. I’ve really struggled with this issue also, which is complicated by a long term relationship and that we still love each other. I’m very active staying in shape with sprint and resistance training yet she does bare minimum and so, the attraction has diminished over time
