What is your favourite low glycemic food?
i use a lot of olive oil/butter.
Which oil is best for cooking chips in that is good for diabetes please
Why are you screaming!!!!!
Olive oil when heated can promote cancer growth. It is only good cold. Never cook with olive oil
Thank you!
Olives, pickles, and berries are my favorites

Subscribed! Cannot wait to reverse my insulin and PCOS symptoms 🥺
Kangarou? Gross 😒😒🙄
Do you have a Printable list of the healthy and unhealthy foods to eat?
My favorite one is avocado and the least favorite is bacon oil or lard
Is a low GI diet beneficial for those with acne
Thank you for the list. I was just explained to by my Chiropractor that although I have my sugar tested and am not diabetic that I have signs of insulin resistance. He did far better explaining what was happening then my now previous Dr who simply said my test was normal range every time. My Chiropractor is very chatty. The list you provided is going to help me get my family and myself on a better eating pattern.
Please do a video on nightshade vegetables and how we can have legumes if they’re pressure cooked to get rid of the lectins which create auto immune symptoms. Thanks!
Hi
Why do I know or are related to so many people in these 80s and older who didn't or haven't followed these food "rules?" They didn't or don't live off of junk food, or a lot of fast food, but they don't avoid carbs. They certainly eat potatoes, bread, bananas, cookies, and ice cream occasionally, and have for years.
Glad I found you! I have a laundry list of conditions that I am trying to manage PCOS and POTS to name a few. My hubby is a type two diabetic, and I am always looking for foods that will keep him on the straight and narrow, not to mention finding foods for myself.
Great video 😊
Love it.
Very helpful, thank you so much 👍🏾
Animal protein is better than plant protein? I guess if you are eating Kangaroo you would believe that!!!
Down from 258lbs to 235lbs. 22 lbs in 2 months with moderate excercise & eating clean. No refined carb foods of any kind or added sugars.
Hi
Is Yellow Squash ok?
Some of other videos mention cherries 🍒 too
Is that Correct?
Oh good kiwi are low G!! They are fiber powerhouses so glad I can eat a few a week
what amount is considered to be triggering? like if you ate 5-6 grapes, will it spike insulin?
Such good information, Love your channel !!!
Why just Green bell pepper's?
Your videos are very explanatory. I am not diabetic but I am seriously trying to manage my diet
I searched low glycemic fruits and these showed up: apple grapefruit pears and orange.
I'm thinking if we can consume these in moderation? Say, like half apple in morning and half later?
Hi again! Can you do something for us in your videos, at least for a while? Too many people automatically give you margarine when they say they'll give you butter. So, I was wondering, if for a while at least, whenever you suggest butter as one healthy option, if right afterward you can remind them that margarine is NOT butter, it's a vegetable oil that should be avoided.
You cautioned us to be careful about beans, one of the reasons you said was Autoimmune symptoms. Can you please tell us what the Autoimmune symptoms are? I'd be very grateful, and I'm sure your others would like to know as well.
This is an awesome video. I did have one question related to flax seed oil/milk. I noticed on the label of flax milk I use that it has 2g of polyunsaturated fat. Wouldn’t that fall into the category of bad foods, or is that not a substantial amount to be worried about? I saw you included flax seed oil in the good oils, but maybe just for the sake of insulin sensitivity?
Wonderful Kait!
This is why I love YouTube! People like you make life so much easier, thank you so much! ❤😢🎉❤️🔥
Look at your teeth now haha wow
