  1. I’m happy to have found this particular video. I did reach my weight loss goal over a month ago, maybe two months. Maintaining it was too hard and so I did lose 4 more pounds. I have started eating bigger meals while keeping it keto. However, I decided that Rye crackers with sardines & cream cheese, topped with asparagus spears is a delicious snack in-between my two meals. I still fast 17-18 hours.

  2. One pound from my goal and the question arose on how to maintain my goal weight.
I agree that eating just a little more, two meals a day while eating low-to-no sugar and no gluten then extending the eating window is worth a try.
I know from my last keto diet that continuing to losing weight after reaching a healthy BMI is not good for me. Starving one self will only lead to over-doing it later. I did it and gained back 20 pounds.
I lb more and I will be at my goal of 137. I am 5’7”, 68 yrs, female.
I will give it a try, Thank you Eric

  3. Hello sir!! Many congratulations truly!! And I'm sooo glad I found u, cause I'm trying to cut off sugar and be in a keto diet. I think thats what u recommend as well. And I'm just afraid , that once I reach my goals, and I want to stop this diet and yeah I put sugar in my mouth and maybe go out for a date and eat a pasta, sushi, or even junk I'll shock my organism and I'll gain everything baaackkk!! I'm terrified of this ideaaa! Any thoughts on that guys ?? Please give me specifically your knowledge, 'cause social media is bombing me with negative talking for ketosis, I'm 2 weeks in and they are pushing me to give up…

  4. Eating bigger meals on Keto is impossible for me. I am not hungry at all. I quit IF of 14 hrs but still weight going down too much. I am also was told to watch the 5.8 A1C results and so back to cars will be an issue. In a Dilemma here.

  5. Wow so I guess I would have to increase my carbs drastically but 50 to 60 carbs are doable. I still have at least 80 more pounds to lose and I lost 40 lb so far. Maintaining is going to be the harder part. But at least I would do it in a healthy way. Until I lose that 80 lb I will be sticking to 20 or under a day. I'm pretty sure I stay under 20 G of carbs per day anyway. The hardest part is when you begin the diet and then when you lose the weight and want to maintain it.

  6. I have reached my weight loss goal but have heard of gaining it all back after keto. I'm actually really satisfied with the fact that I'm not hungry in between my meals and my intermittent fasting. But I want to be able to have that occasional treat now that I haven't had for a month-and-a-half which now I could afford because I am increasing my carbs and just maintaining.

  7. Waaay to skinny now, update ‼️ keeping carbs too low‼️ my dumb system loses fat fast ‼️high metabolism?👀 🤔, im bony now, but kinda sluggish , not sure if insulin resistance,
    +
    Nutrients loss fast?
    You can have Rye Crackers?‼️⁉️

  8. What if I want to keep losing weight but get out of ketosis? After 6 months on keto, with great results, my lower legs and neck area are on fire. I know that keto increases metabolism and body heat. During the cooler months I only noticed increased sweating, but during these hot summer months, my skin is on fire and painful to the touch. I want to get off keto but continue to lose weight. Right now ice cream is the only thing that stops the burning for 24 hours.

  9. Perfect!! This was exactly what I needed! Started HK and IF 3 weeks because of health issue and didn't wanna loose weight because I have lost weight and actually want to gain weight. So was really nervous if I'm gonna loose weight with hk and fasting. But actually I didn't loose weight at all! This explains it, because I just couldn't eat with only 4 hours of window even if I tried! First of all I was still totally full! Secondly it was to close I just couldn't manage so there would always go about 6-7 hours window. So that is great to know I actually did the right thing in my case without knowing it😄
But was afraid of not did it the right way so my gut/gallbladder could have pause enough to "heal".

  10. I started Keto back in August 01, 2022. It’s now February 21, 2023 and I’ve lost 91 lbs.
I started at 275 lbs and going to my recommended health weight of 160 lbs, and I’m only 27 going on 28 in April. I’m at the weight I graduated at back in 2014.
I’ve felt a lot better and I’m definitely wanting to make sure once I’m at my goal, I maintain the weight and start working on building up muscle mass

  11. You mention in the video that you are Swedish
I’m born Swedish and now living in Denmark.
    Sorry doing crap writing English…
Your video is the first one i have found… about keto without losing weight…. I have had ( craniotomy ) ( brain tumour, and strokes ) and I need to gain a lot off weight . My doctor have now given me “a old fashioned “ diet…. Meat, butter, gravy, fat fruits, “buttery greens 🥬 “
His diet advice is a kind of keto advice as i se it.

  12. I started LCHF 4.5 years ago and reached my goal weight after about a year. However my body decided it wanted to be a little bit heavier. Result is that now my weight is very stable, always between 56 and 57 kg with no effort on my part, no matter how much or how little I eat. I don’t weigh or measure any food, I simply eat two meals a day, sticking to real food, fairly low carb. No sugar, no seed oils, few grains, limited root vegetables and fruit, but eating till I am full.

  13. At 64, I'm in the best health of my life. Ketovore 2+ years. A1c now 5.2. 5"5' at 160lbs.
I'm OMAD, 10 carbs usually in romaine based salad with colored peppers slices, a few grape tomatoes, celery, evoo, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, thyme, and oregano. I add one more meal to my day and I gain weight.
I was told by many one can't be addicted to food. I disagree. I don't crave any carbs but I do crave eating. Between 8-10 pm, I want to eat. That's when I usually have my one meal or salad.
I would love to just maintain without having to constantly experiment on myself. It's exhausting.

  14. DAMN 2400 cal in 2 meals plus 7 cups of veggies a day. I just dont know how my stomach can hold all that. 1200 cal of dirty food in one sitting is easy. Im trying this mainly for psoriasis not weight loss.

  15. This is exactly what i needed because I've reached my ideal weight and do not want to lose any more because I do not want to become too thin. I would also do some weight lifting to build and strengthen the muscles and bones.
