Day 4 of Weightloss Challenge | What I Eat in a Day | Daily Meal Plan #Weightloss #dietplan #shorts

What I Eat in a Day | 90 Days Weight Loss Challenge – Day 3

Breakfast: Sprouted green gram, orange
Lunch: Chicken biryani, Pichu pota naattu kozhi, fish finger, Carrot, curd and onion, probiotics and prebiotic
Evening Snack: Milk and nuts and seeds powder
Dinner: Dosa, coconut chutney

Someone asked me why I eat fruits like guava, pomegranate and papaya regularly, and whether I avoid eating bananas for breakfast. It’s not that bananas are bad or that everyone should avoid them. I personally have diabetes, so I avoid having bananas as my breakfast because I’m concerned about blood sugar spikes. If you don’t have diabetes, you can absolutely include bananas in your diet in appropriate portions, depending on your individual health and blood sugar response. No single fruit is bad for everyone! ❤️

Another question I received was from a vegetarian who doesn’t like greens or sesame seeds and wanted to know what to do. Greens and sesame seeds can provide important nutrients, including iron, but they aren’t the only sources. You can also get iron from lentils, beans, chickpeas, other vegetables, nuts and seeds. If you don’t like a particular food, try different recipes or other nutrient-rich alternatives to help meet your daily requirements. If you have a genuine food intolerance, avoid the trigger food and find suitable alternatives with professional guidance. But if it’s simply a matter of taste, try introducing small amounts in different ways. Just like we encourage our children to explore a variety of nutritious foods, we can also make an effort to build healthier eating habits ourselves. The goal is balanced nutrition, not forcing yourself to eat one particular food! 💚

Let’s focus on consistency, balanced nutrition and sustainable habits.
