🔥Feeling hungry, moody, cold, or stuck in your fat loss?
Let me clear this up real quick:
You’re not messing up… you’re just in a CALORIE DEFICIT. 👇
If you knew how many people QUIT because they thought something was “wrong” when it was actually NORMAL AF… you’d stop overthinking and double down.
Here are 5 things that happen to almost everyone in a deficit — and if you’re feeling them, that means the plan is WORKING:
🍽️ 1. Hunger & Cravings Increase
This is biology, not lack of willpower. Ghrelin (your hunger hormone) goes up, and leptin (fullness) drops. Suddenly, that snack you ignored last week feels like a full-blown obsession.
✅ Fix: High-protein + high-fiber meals, drink more water, and PLAN in satisfying snacks.
😵💫 2. Energy Drops & Mood Shifts
Less food = less fuel. Expect fatigue, brain fog, or being slightly annoyed at everything.
✅ Fix: Eat nutrient-dense meals, time your carbs around workouts, and SLEEP like your results depend on it (because they do).
🧊 3. You Feel Colder Than Usual
Your body drops your core temp slightly to save energy. Combine that with a lower thermic effect of food, and yeah—you’ll probably need that hoodie.
✅ Fix: Warm drinks, extra layers, and a reminder that cold = fat being burned.
⏳ 4. Weight Plateaus Happen
Initial drops (mostly water) slow down as your body adapts. This frustrates most people—but it’s completely normal.
✅ Fix: Stay patient, stay consistent, maybe take a diet break or tweak calories/activity.
🛌 5. Sleep Gets Weird
Night hunger, stress, and hormonal shifts can mess with rest. Poor sleep makes fat loss HARDER.
✅ Fix: Solid final meal, wind-down routine, and a break from screens before bed.
⚠️ Feeling one or more of these? GOOD. That means your plan is working. Don’t let temporary discomfort make you ditch the mission.
🔥Comment “🔥” if this makes sense to you.
