  1. My math tells me that my current calorie maintenance requirements are 3300, and at my goal weight, it would be just over 2800. I believe if I stick to that number I'll eventually reach my goal. My current goals are a minimum protein amount per day (calculated between .7 and .8 times body weight in lbs, but as grams) and keeping carbs under about 100 grams a day. Otherwise, it doesn't matter.

  2. Michelle, thank YOU!! You literally have the most solid info on health I have run across that breaks everything down. AMAZING!! I am on week 2 and haven't felt this good in over 2+ years. This makes it easy and attainable. ❤💪❤️💪

  3. So helpful even years later, but if my deficit amount is 1550 and I go to the gym and workout, say 500 calories then I am at an even larger deficit. Is that right?

  4. Michelle, my calorie goal is 1498.2 per day. Protein is 112.4 g per day, Carbs 150 g per day, fat 50 g per day.

How do I break this down into calories?

Also you mentioned in one of your videos a video on good carbs, but I can’t find it. Can you give me the link please?

  5. Wow, that video was informative and it makes sense. I've never used a calorie tracker before, I usually just make a weekly meal plan with recipes where calories and macros are already calculated. There is still room for improvement, I see now, thanks to your explanations, that I should calculate my daily calories better. Thank you, Michelle.

  6. This is a wonderful and helpful video. I would love if you would do a video on weight and fat loss after menopause. Losing weight is so much more difficult now…especially since experiencing aches and pains.
    Thank you so much!
