💠 My Story:
When I was an undergrad nutrition student at Boston University, my digestive health issues were at their worst. I remember standing in the grocery store re-reading the label on a box of crackers, filled with overwhelm and confusion. I felt totally lost as to what to eat or how to eat due to my digestive issues. After dozens of doctor appointments, ER visits, and medical tests, my anxiety was at an all-time high and my list of “safe foods” was dwindling every day. When my doctors were at a loss for advice and my condition was not improving – I knew I needed to take my healing into my own hands.

When I finally realized that my mind and gut were connected – everything changed. I prioritized self-care and mindfulness practices in order to pull myself out of constant “fight or flight mode”. Instead of restricting, I started nourishing my gut and living my life again. Much to my surprise, my digestive system responded and began to heal. Through the power of individualized nutrition and lifestyle changes, my health (and my life) transformed.

  1. I think like everything else as we age, our stomach acid drops. ACV will help with that but always use it in electrolyte water, start w/a couple teaspoons in a six to eight ounce glass, follow with another glass minus the ACV. I can't do all these fruits & veggies bc I ea ta keto diet as I have a type of epilepsy. Thank you.

  2. So helpful. I was told that Coconut Aminos are fermented and we should stick with Braggs Aminos. I love Coconut Aminos but stopped using since I've been on the Acid Watchers Diet. Thoughts?

  3. Molly, I LOVE the 3 videos I 've watched-well maybe not the continuous bowl of whipped cream or whatever it was but I got the point of your funny video: boredom is counterproductive- you still made me laugh and the other 'comments' were funny too! Love you, our new Pollyanna!

  4. Yes I would like more videos. I have hers and acid reflux. I’ve had surgery on my sprinter where they wrap your stomach around your esophagus. I think it made it worse plus I said all day cause I’m a school bus driver then it probably doesn’t help.

  5. Almost all those look like a high potassium foods. And I have the suspicion that many people who suffer from GERD are just potassium deficient and thats why such diet helps. Potassium/sodium pump is the mechanism by which muscles contract – so if you are defincent your muscle are weaker and with less tonus – including the ones in the digestive tract.

  6. All these foods are good. But to quickly tame down the reflux go for a large teaspoon of ginger powder with some honey in a 200 ml cup of tea or warm water. It will give you a burst of warmth and some really calming effects for its trip down the aesophageal tube into your gut!

  7. I can't take green chilly, citrus fruits but can take pineapple,no no chocklet (my favourite)no tomato which we need the most in every curry,no banana it burn,no tea no coffee
