  1. Of course, you have to be content with eating the same things three days in a row. 😏when I was single I cooked on Sunday and had the same meal all week, so the only problem with three days of the same food is, what do I do for the other two weekdays?

  2. These are meals similar to what I make for meal prep. It's so refreshing to see actual healthy meals. So many people post easy meals, but they are full of fo😮ods with risky additives, tons of cheese and butter. Easy over healthy for most. 🤦‍♀️
I look forward to more videos. 😊

  3. I love these mainly because they have very little to no dairy at all. I cannot have much dairy due to an allergy to dairy proteins. Thank you for putting up content that all of us can use. Added bonus it’s easy to get rid of the meat and just add meat free products for a different kind of protein. I love this thank you so much❤❤❤

  4. Breakfast i pour everything in muffinpans and make in the oven. Add paprika spice and grated cheese
    on top. 2 muffins per
    meal.
Lunch i woul cit chicken like stirfry.
Supper i like to add carrots and sweetpotato. Brocoli and cauliflour. Green beans.

  5. those meals all looks lovely Thank you I am trying to get my blood sugars down (so few carbs) this, so i can have a hip replacement……which they wont do while I have high BS so these recipes are ideal for me………………..

  6. Not accurate protein count for the last one I saw. Two chicken thighs would equal to 28 gr of protein NOT 42. Also, vegetable stir fry does not have much protein 2-4 g if that. So I don t know how that would make 120g of protein a day. Didn't catch breakfast & lunch.
