My 6 Month NATURAL Body Transformation | Skinny Fat to Fit | Fitness Tips & Motivation!

I got bone-breaking collarbone realignment surgery to fix an old injury. I wasn’t allowed to work out for around 3-4 months as the bone healed so I ended up developing some bad habits and I became skinny fat.

After I got cleared to work out again, I went from skinny-fat to completely transforming my body and becoming the strongest I’ve ever been in only 6 months.

I documented the entire process while sharing exactly what I learned along the way. There was a lot of information online about fitness and nutrition so it was extremely tough to evaluate what was good information so I made a beginner’s guide to fitness that I believe anyone can follow.

I believe lifting weights and eating well should be a part of everyone’s lifestyle.

  1. Nice! I just bought a pair of Powerblock dumbbells and a starter adjustable bench. Already have a door frame pull up bar. I am more motivated to do workouts at home than at a gym (full time working father of 2 and married).

5' 11" 160 pounds and I am an Ostrich. Thin arms/legs and a big belly with flabby man boobs. I will come back to this comment in 6 months to change that statement to "I am 5' 11" and ripped" So be sure to leave a comment so I can find this again later 🙂

  2. As a skinny fat guy who recently started working out, this video was super inspirational! Hopefully I’ll respond with a positive update in a few months 🙂

  3. i have been training for a month and a half i don’t see a lot of diff in my body only i can lift more but i think im skinny fat and idk what to do eat more eat less its so confusing

  4. Everything about your nutrition was so good, but a good tip for everyone else! Zero sugar drinks and snacks, in a general sense, are healthier and safer than the classic products. With that being said, those zero sugar alternatives also contain virtually no calories so they’re great for weight loss!

  5. Quick question, I know this is a personal question but were you on no fap while doing this because I’ve been in the gym for 6 months and I’ve hardly seen a difference

  6. I'm starting my skinnyfat journey now. Most people tell you to do a slight bulk for muscle gain then cut later. Why did you decide to just start out on a cut? Did you feel like it was harder to train or that you might have left some strength on the table doing so?

  7. Amazing transformation bro! I'm looking to make the same journey and was wondering what exercises would you consider essential(maximum strength, mobility, posture, imbalances, etc) and which for aesthetic appearance?

And what was/is your diet like in terms of what kinds of food did you eat and if you meal prep.

  8. Thanks for the informative and inspirational video, Kim! I have the same rounded shoulder as u, may i ask what are the specific exercises you do on the pull day to improve posture? Keep it going bro🙌🏻

  9. Not sure if you ended up eating more as this is old now and it obviously worked for you but 1g per kg of bodyweight is probably a little bit on the low side for some folk.
A generic hollistic view over several studies over the years suggest a min of 1.5-1.7g per g. This does up the amount quite considerably!

    Amazing work though man

  10. First, i want to say congratulation for your work and results 💪👏
It is possible to know how many kal/micro micronutrients you've eat daily for obtain your result ?

  11. Getting ripped/in-shape for an Asian is not the same as for someone Caucasian. Of course it requires work regardless the race but I do believe it’s somewhat easier for Asian guys. Most of them are already skinny and some extra fat that they do carry is nothing. I guess my point here: don’t compare yourself to Asian guys. They can do some work and get ripped rather quickly while it might take extra long for someone who is white.

  12. I broke my left humerus in 2017 and got fixated with titanium implants which I got removed in November 2022. So it's been 6+ years since I broke my arm and 1+ years since I removed the implants but I still have low calcium/density in my left arm where I broke it. It's been 3 months that I'm lifting weight but my doctor said not to lift more than 5 kgs as it might break my arm again. Did you face something like this in your healing process?

  13. When did you start lifting heavy after surgery? I want to know since I had a nasty crash while riding and broke my collar bone. Got it operated and ive got a similar situation like yours, theres a titanium plate inside. Its been 5 months since surgery.
