  2. Are all these diastasis recti friendly? After working with a “top notch” trainer for years I learned he was making mine worse. So now I always check. Many are obvious as being beneficial or harmful, but I know I can trust our girl Hana 💪🏼😤🙌🏼🫶🏼💃🏻

PS my last birth was 13yrs ago so I’m in great shape but that subtle belly issue I KNOW is a result of these men knowing nada about diastasis texto!

  3. Stay consistent for 2 weeks to see change🔥

Guys don’t forget: You cannot choose where you want to lose fat on your body, but you can decide where to focus and which part of your body to target and train more. You will eventually lose fat all around, and adding the RIGHT exercises will help you reach your goals faster.
To lose belly fat and full body weight loss, you need to be in a slight calorie deficit and well-balanced diet, incorporate cardio, add weight training to strengthen your muscles and tighten loose skin. Cheers!
