If you’ve tried everything and the menopause weight still won’t move — your body didn’t betray you. It just changed.
Menopause Weight, Solved is where we figure out what to do about it.
I have a background in biochemistry and I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach — so when nothing was working for me, I went back to the science. I test everyday foods on myself using a continuous glucose monitor, and what I’ve found has completely changed how I think about food, blood sugar, and weight loss after menopause.
I lost 25 pounds — including the menopause belly fat — and have kept it off for over two years. Not by eating less. By understanding what my body actually needed after menopause.
No shame. No extremes. No deprivation. Just real-world insight for women ready to work with their bodies, not against them.
If there’s a food you’ve always wondered about, leave it in the comments — it helps me decide what to test next.
These are my personal results — everyone’s body responds differently, but they can be a helpful starting point for your own awareness. So jealous of you guys. Berries are not native fruits here in Indonesia, hence the ridiculously expensive price 😢

You can still use whole flax because when you blend everything up your smoothie, the chia and flax will bet ground up. Also, I swapped out my non fat yogurt for cottage cheese. Hope it's a good substitute. It had fat.

Chia and flax seeds are cheapest at Aldi's
Wake up and put 1 tsp of chia seeds and 1 tsp of ground flax seeds into water. Stir and keep shaking everY minute or so for the first five minutes. Drink when hungry. You are full for several hours. If you don't let them gel. they will pull iron out of your body.

I hope you’re right. I’m not only a retired nurse, post menopausal, but I have been active my whole life and I still am, and I lift weights and I have had a very difficult time losing 25-30 lbs. It took me a whole year of being in a medical weight loss program, no GLP1, just calorie restriction, habit changes and exercise. Even now I’m starting to gain again, nothing has changed. I’m so frustrated. I’m going. To give this a try. Thank you.
