About this video:
If you’ve tried losing stubborn belly fat, you know exactly how difficult it can be. Even if you’re very consistent with your diet and training, you might not see results. What usually happens is that you lose face fat, back fat, fat around the arms and shoulders, but belly fat is the last to go. It’s the most stubborn fat to lose, especially around the lower abs. 1. I am having a decent time loosing mine i am 36 5,11 i am doing Keto now less than 25g carbs, 200 g protein per day, 10k steps every day 1600 kcals total, IF on 18/6 split plus Yohimbine. reason lower belly fat is stubborn is its your bodies last fuel tank and is full of Alpha 2 receptors they stop fat Yohimbine stop the signal but the second you have an insulin spike it cancels the Yohimbine out. Run Keto plus Yohimbine plus big deficit with Kcals and exercise and it melts you body has no way to stop it.

  2. He is right. I went from being a 240 pound fat pig to 180 and have kept it there for years. I have 10 pounds of vanity fat to lose and that is super difficult. I work outdoors a lot doing hard work so I do eat. Have to or won't get thru a day.

  3. Well they body dont want to lose fat. Now it dont want to be obesse either. But when it comes to survival, they body desperately want to hold on to it in cease it might need it.

  4. I somehow just lost most of my hunger while dieting. I'm losing over 150g of pure fat every day (based in InBody measurements), water and stuff on top of that. Going great, no extra cravings, plenty of room for McDonald's once a week. Accidentally dropping to ketosis which is a good sign. The only difficult thing is waiting. It's so boring.

  5. what if I don't have a body weight goal? I'm pretty fit and olny have some fat here and there like 0.5 inch of belly fat, some on my back and legs and I want to lose fat to see my abs(I can only see the upper part)? how do I calculate calories for that? I don't have and DON'T NEED a "goal body weight" I simply don't care how much I weigh

  6. How are you supposed to eat 180 g of protein in 1800 calories? If it were all just whey protein, which has the best ratio to kcal, it´s still 700 kcal. You don´t obviously eat only protein, so you go full carnivore? Where are carbs and fats? THAT is unsustainable.

  7. I wish I could get 7-8 hours of sleep, I work 12 hour continental shifts and drive an hour each way so I’m lucky if I get 6 1/2 hours of sleep. Although I have made a lot of progress just by counting macros and lifting weights.

  8. Everytime I watch it I come away with Jon winning round 2 (with Reyes winning round 3 being the closest round). Jon landed cleaner and inflicted more damage, Reyes had a few moments but most of his strikes that round whiffed or hit Jon’s gloves. Can someone explain what I’m missing and why Reyes won round 2?

  9. I'm currently on a careerchanging experience, hoping next year i have more time to workout and sleep. My body stuck in a 3-4 hours sleep shedule and i can't drop it if i continue this job. But i'm hardstuck in this. For now.

  10. 5:05 THIS!

    100%

Nothing happens until you accept this, IT IS going to suck.

All the vids implying that "hacks" like 80/20 or low calorie snacks are gonna make this easy are 100% bs.

I was struggling so hard until I accepted this little fact.

I don't fully understand why but after I just ate a full big meal AND my low calorie snacks (sometimes even went over!) my brain is still screaming for kinder bueno, M&Ms or pizza, am like "am I doing something wrong, I shouldn't be hungry!"

But the truth is, you're eating less calories, your brain knows that, it's not stupid, no matter how much you fill your stomach.

So it will try and get you to go to the highest calorie foods it knows you got access to lol

Bottom line is, you gotta accept that and develop strategies around it like the 10 minute rule, drinking water/coffee and stuff.

Until you accept "I'm gonna be grinding for 12 weeks+" nothing will change.

  11. My Dad is 85 yrs old, & he still the same slim person, that I remember, when he was in 1970..lol & eating what ever he wants, nothing happens with his weight size.
I'm 62yrs old, & with my luck, I didn't get his slim DNA version on me .lol!!!

  12. Consistently embrace the suck until the suck doesn’t suck. It actually happens. I look at hummus and carrots the way I used to look at a bag of Fritos. Apple and almond butter? Hell freaking yes, that’s my new Peanut M&Ms. I even look forward to a sparkling water and I’m not miserable, honestly.

  13. In an online world of the quick fix, this channel is a very welcome refreshing change,……and any man that quotes and truly lives the principles of Buffett and Stoicism as part of a holistic approach to an optimal fitness lifestyle,is a wise man. Please keep up the good work Mario ❤

  14. I have a question: Do I understand it right, that you do not take your workout calories into account? If I stick with about 2.000 kcal input per day – this is my consumption due to pure existence. If I do workout on top of that, my calory deficit would be significant. I mean REALLY significant. E.g. on one day: 2.000 kcal pure existence + 1.000 kcal walking + 1.000 kcal cardio + 600 kcal lifting = 4.600 kcal. Vs. 2.000 input would be a deficit of 2.600. Wouldn´t that be in a range where you start to burn / loose muscles? I'm fighting with the very last remnants of my subcutaneous fat. I tried a very moderate deficit, because I want to gain muscles as well, but there´s no progress on loosing my last slim belly / love handles. Just once in my life I wanna have a sixpack. Now I try a signifcant deficit in a lean bulk, but I´m worried, that this counterstrikes my muscle gaining goal. And I´m also afraid of cramps, I had issues while focussing on loosing weight only. Any tips would be appreciated 🙂

  15. So basically:
    Sustainable deficit calorie
    Compounded exercise with progresive overload
    Low intensity cardio(walking/ligth runing)
But the main key is the sustainability of the process
