"Atleast 8 to 10 hours a day" sleep?? Gurl I'm watching this at 2:03 am while doing my math project 💀👀
1) This video had such a cute and motivating no bs vibe!! I loved it 🙂
2) I have been powerlifting for over three years and I think the 'cough-and-hold' tip was the first time someone actually made me brace well, thanks!

Thank you
I sadly don’t like eating a “real meal” in the morning. I tend to feel sick if I eat oats, eggs, ect. that early.
So instead, I just eat a handful of mixed nuts & seeds (10 g) to give my body the signal that I’m not starving and prevent a cortisol spike.
A few hours later, I actually eat/drink a protein shake before my workout. It’s been working for me like a charm. ദ്ദി ( ᵔ ᗜ ᵔ )
I love you. Thank you so much. Discovered your channel just today and honestly? I don't even know from where to start because I've just been starving myself in the name of diet idk bro you're a life saver
I had taken a break on the gym the last few weeks and barely did any working out beside begginer ballet classes and oh how I noticed the tiredness and muscle loss. Promisse i'll be back this week!
🦝🗑 ….das bin ich….
I'm watching this right now eating a biscuit😅
Is the le sserafim workpit good for weight loss
potatoes are great actually, people should stop villainizing them 😭
like 60 calories worth of instant mashed potatoes with a meal makes me so much more satiated and happy…
of course it's a fast and lazy option but it still works!
Hi girlypop! I been following your tips for 2 weeks AND I see results in slimmer figure and I fit a smaller size jeans then before 😮 😃
Thank you so so much seriously your the GOAT claire 😭♥️
That coughing trick was so eye opening it is not even funny. I always struggled with the whole "engage your core but don't suck it in" thing because the only way I knew how to do anything with those muscles was to clench them in. I will definitely be using that tip to consistently engage the core when working out!
Heavy on the potatoes. 🥔 jacket potato, beans and cheese is my comfort food 😌
wait wait too much info i'm dumn 😭
love the tips and the edition! congrats <3 atm I'm doing exercise since a year (more weights than cardio) but i need to fix my meals (i don't eat really bad but i'm too lazy to cook for every meal and every day). can you do a video about batch cooking? it really catched my attention hehe. hugsss <3
Would you mind doing a video about calisthenics?
There's bad food tho…
3:17 You crazy girl! 😆
This is so different from the norm (in my country). Is this just your preference or is this a culture/timezone/country difference? 😂❤
The average that I know:
Breakfast 6-7 am /
Lunch 11:30-13 /
Dinner 16-18:30
😅
It also strongly depends on what work hours you have and/or if you go to school, etc.
these are great tips, super awesome video!
ONE Kinder Bueno bar out of TWO in a package has 126 kcal, in total 252.
love the video! just wanted to point out please don't brush your teeth IMMEDIATELY after eating, you should wait at least 30 minutes so you don't ruin your teeth
potaeos?🤔
No offense, but these don’t seem like your videos. This doesn’t seem like your genuine advice? Is anyone else noticing this?

I found for my journey of suddenly becoming more fit and thinner was going to the techno club more often and dance the night away haha
Thank you. Love it. I'm 62 kg and it's exactly what I need. With some adjustments because I'm 46 years old.
Girl Im new to the channel!! Such cool video, informative, with cool tips and amazing editing!! Subscribed!! ❤ Could you do videos with your recipes?? They look amazing?? ❤
Does anyone know what brand her shoes are at the beginning of?
counting calories is the best way to lose weight. that being said, I do NOT recommend it for anyone under 18! it messes with your mind and can give you a serious ED. some people want that, thinking, oh, at least I'll be skinny, but trust me, it leads to the opposite more often than not. Restriction will give you a foul mood, and that can ruin friendships and relationships in the long run as well… handle your diet with care.
“cook to not be cooked” 🗣️🗣️🗣️
I haven't watched the video yet, but let me just say I highly dislike the thumbnail.
Hi, I'm Elisa, 15 years old and I weigh 61kgs. Guess what? I'm not fat. Like, at all. In fact, my waist is slim.
Don't feel bad because of the weight the person shows on the thumbnail. It's not even alot. I'm healthy, and the picture shows a healthy woman. It's how our bodies are. I just saw another video of yours using the same 'fat' picture for the thumbnail, but a different thumbnail.
The issue here is that you're making people feel insecure. The weight is normal, the body is normal.
I'm super sure you, maker, don't even know that woman. Who knows, she was pregnant. Not saying she was. I don't know her either.
She COULD be. Even if she wasn't, her body is healthy.
And I know this video is for people who want to get more fit, but the thumbnail bothers me.The 'transformation' picture isn't even reality. A woman can't look that way every day of the month. Yes, when you're young, but then your period comes and you're bloated half the time. Especially after eating. Maby for the future make different thumbnails?
I really appreciate this approach. This is wonderful, actually healthy advice.
Im interested in the recipes shown here, can you share them?
Thank you for being so to the point! I really appreciate not having to watch a five minute intro.

i love the video, everything about is so fun to watch, from the script, the video shooting, the editing, and your monologue too!
