This 5000 Steps Speed Walking Workout at Home is one of my favourite ways to get moving when you want a proper fat burn walk without jumping, running, or stressing your joints. I created this workout so you can stay consistent, feel good, and get results with a simple but effective walking exercise for fat burn – all from home.

In just 30 minutes, you’ll complete a full 5000 steps workout, which is roughly a 2 mile walk at home, while staying in the fat burn zone. This works perfectly as a 30 minute fat burn workout and keeps you in a 30 minute fat burning zone workout by using controlled pace changes throughout the session. It’s a true speed walking workout that helps raise your heart rate without high impact.

If you’re looking for a fat burning walk at home that feels achievable but still challenges you, this 30 minute speed walking workout is ideal. I’ve designed it as a fat burn zone walking workout so you can build fitness, burn calories, and stay consistent – even on busy days.

  8. The toughest part about getting older (am 62) is how much longer it feels to get the weight off. Love your videos and I’ve been following you for about a year now. Honestly, I haven’t lost no where near the weight I want but I’m hanging in there. At 185 lbs. my doc says I should be at around 165 lbs. I’m still in the 180’s…lol.
