This Is What Sustainable Healthy Eating Looks Like

@thistooshallpass77 I’m obsessed with this mindset! Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean boring or restrictive. Instead of taking away the foods you love, try dressing them up with nourishing additions using the Hunger Crushing Combo. Healthy is only healthy if you ACTUALLY eat it! ❤️ #hungercrushingcombo #healthyeating #mindset #healthymeals

  1. She turned the ¨fun food¨ in a even more high calorie snack. Better to eat a little portion of fun food and pair it with something high in fiber/protein but lower in calories like fat free yoghurt.
Of course is Abbey very excited as long as people stuff their faces with high amounts of calories or junk foods.
