  1. Walking, protein, sleep and stress are all important parts of a healthy routine. I also like the idea of looking at personal signals such as activity, recovery, sleep and daily energy instead of following the exact same plan every day. That can help make fitness more practical and sustainable.

  2. You don’t need to do 15k steps a day to lose weight. I lost 29lbs doing on average 7/8k steps sometimes less. It was deficit and walking workouts but never needed to do 15k! That’s insane. If you’re in a deficit, you’ll lose weight.

  3. i weigh 361 and it is impossible to eat that much protein especially since i do the 24 hour fast every sunday and 18/6veery other day i cant even finish my meals so how do i get that much protein when i cant eat that much please answer i need help
