  1. learned so much from u , not only of this video , but finding good doctors that are really gonna care about u as a patient are hard , they are really rare. Most doctors won´t listen when u telling them ur worries at least here in germany

  2. 62 year old on TRT for 11 months. I have gained 15 lbs.
I run, bike and swim 15 hrs a week and I cannot get my weight back down. Much stronger on the bike but slower on the run.
    Before starting 320 T level and now it's 900

  3. Your ability to explain all considerations surrounding TRT is amazing! You answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns! Thank you! I have struggled with low T for years, I get depressed easily, I am obese and I have belly fat! I’m 42, started TRT three weeks ago and hoping for the best! Will also be doing bariatric sleeve surgery in a couple weeks since it comes for free with my insurance. Hopefully the combination will help me! Anyway, thank you!

  4. If you are serious about increasing your testosterone naturally you should read Complete Guide tò Testosterone by James Francis. He Is over 50 not on TRT and has levels of a younger man. He knows this subject well.

  5. Whilst some of this may be true it is simply not possible to become obese if excess calories are not being ingested. Calories in/calories out is a biochemical law and cannot be avoided or negated.

  6. The best advice currently out there for testosterone is Complete Guide To Testosterone by James Francis he is a natural older man and his protocol works well not only for increasing testosterone levels naturally but also long term maintenance of testosterone levels into your 50s and 60s. Using this I am currently 884ng/DL.

  7. I am 55 years old and recently got tested for Testosterone I was at 68, very low normal for me is 300 to 600 so I was way low. I originally got the shots but I could not inject myself so we switched to the gel which I have to pay for and insurance will not cover. Anyhow I brought myself up to about 300 in about a month and I do feel better however my Blood Pressure is higher so its always something.

  8. You stated that low-T can cause an increase in body fat but isn't the opposite also true? If one lowers their body fat doesn't their T increase? That's what I have always heard.

  9. Also, they keep lowering what they consider the “normal” testosterone levels, used to be as high as 1,300 for the upper limit of the normal range, no it’s like less than 900 they say, personally I believe they’re trying to emasculate more males or something like that, def is odd that it keeps getting lowered.

  10. In this study, garlic was found to play a proliferative role in testosterone secretion such that an increase in testosterone secretion is shown in both acute and chronic garlic intake. Moreover, a dose dependent activity was found such that chronic garlic intake corresponded with higher serum testosterone levels.

  11. Dr Jason, Thank you for ur wonderful videos. We really believe u. My husband has type 2 diabetes and he continuously lossing his weight for last 2 years. First he was 67 kg but now 56. He is taking metformin. For Last 3 months he started fasting. Still he loss his weight. If it is going down further it will effect on BMI. So what should we do now doctor. Pls help us. It s a big stress. Thank you.

  12. @DrJason what does this mean for your dosage ? Should ones dosage be based on their body fat, if yes please provide an example of dosages based on body percentages etc. or do a video thanks

  13. 🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

00:15 🧔 Testosterone plays a crucial role in body fat regulation, showcasing that obesity is more of a hormonal imbalance than just a caloric imbalance.
01:52 🚹 Hormonal influence during puberty, particularly testosterone in males and fat storage in females, highlights the role of hormones in determining body fat distribution.
03:03 💪 Testosterone levels impact body composition; studies indicate that higher testosterone correlates with lower body fat and increased lean muscle mass.
05:21 🔄 Hormones in the body, like testosterone, play a pivotal role in determining how the body processes calories, influencing body fat regulation more than sheer caloric intake.
06:02 ⚠️ Guidelines suggest diagnosing testosterone deficiency via clinical symptoms and lab tests, with recommendations for treatment in specific conditions like cardiovascular disease.
07:51 🩺 Obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome could indicate testosterone deficiency, prompting the need for testosterone level assessments and potential replacement therapy.
08:32 🏥 Understanding the impact of hormones, like testosterone, is crucial in comprehending the development of metabolic syndrome and obesity, emphasizing their significance in these conditions.

  14. Does this all also apply to women? I feel that after menopause women's level of testosterone goes down too and this is why we immediately get fat. Should women also supplement testosterone if the have visceral fat?

  15. I had the test of a pre-adolescent kid basically.
I was tired for years and always eating the wrong food, just constantly tired and probably depressed, when I look back !!
Since starting TRT it’s turned my life around it really has ..
