  1. Does freezing bread before thawing and eating make it better than if it's not frozen. Also, is there any benefit for refrigerating pasta or rice overnight before eating?

  3. cant poop? eat 5 prunes in the morning by evening you will be pooping get things flowing then and that fiber I'm no doc but its worked 1000 x better than any pill…. just eat 5 or less sugar can add up .. i suggest drink a cup of water after you eat them. only use when you need them ……

  4. I am 75, recovering from Stage 4 “incurable” cancer (!) and I have lost 26 pounds on Zepbound in 6 months, with virtually no exercise. Getting stronger and starting to get back on my bike now!

  5. My go-to snacks are an apple with Naked PB, cottage cheese with fresh pineapple, paleo Valley beef sticks, and Painterland Sisters yogurt with 1/4 cup of homemade granola.

  6. On fermented foods, how's drinking Maple Hill unflavored kefir while taking my glp1? I love it and drink it almost every day. I want to start making my own kefir.

  7. One product you can add to that list is the big tub of Daisy Cottage cheese. Only 3 ingredients. Add those frozen blueberries and monk fruit. Delicious 😋

  8. I use a @HarvestRight freeze dryer to make my snacks, great for the bell pepper snacks, yellow onion, frozen blueberries snack etc. just a better way to keep the nutrition in your food without using heat to dry them out, plus the flavors are stronger and helps satisfying your cravings for something sweet. Great as a travel snack as well to have on the go. I freeze dry Greek yogurt as well, which is a great little on the go snack for high protein.

  9. I don't need Ozempic. I was DX with Type 2 in March. With just using long-acting insulin 2x/day, paying attention to carbs and protein, increasing the latter, decreasing the former, increasing activity (seriously, NO EXERCISE, just increasing how active I am in my day, 30 minutes of walking, more some days, less others), I've lost 30 pounds and my A1C is just 6.1, .3 away from being not even pre-diabetic. No nausea. No need to add things to my diet because of the side effects of GLP-1s. No impacts on my appetite or gut activity. Do I do protein drinks and roast walnuts for snacking? Yeah. I eat almost no sugar. I drink no calories–only water or protein-packed smoothies. I also don't deny myself things I want. I just do that A LOT less frequently. I'm wearing a size I haven't worn since MIDDLE SCHOOL. Seriously people, insulin is natural. Our bodies make it and process it. There are no magic bullets, and GLP-1s are not it. No constipation. No nausea. No hair loss. Just a happy, active life, living free of the effects of diabetes. I'm wearing a size I haven't worn since MIDDLE SCHOOL. Seriously people, insulin is natural. 10. Thank u. What if it’s week 5 and we have eaten some wrong things? Even after 3 months? Is it too late to fix it? Can I have a cheat/pizza day here and there? Even weekly? I’m not eating a fraction of what I could eat before.

  11. Love your videos – has helped stop my hair loss. I have a question for you on turning to something other than nuts for those of us who are allergic to nuts – and specifically tree nuts such as walnuts, almonds, and some of the fruit such as peaches plums and cherries. Might be a tall order but I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Thank you for what you do!

  12. I just started my GLP journey. I had been buying Protein Pudding and Functional Protein Bars from Aldi. Very low sugar for a protein bar and only 2gm sugar in the pudding. Should I quit these or continue them?

  13. Hint for fresh berries: run them under the hottest water you tap is capable of. Blueberries will go black but their bloom will come back. Drain them and refrigerate them. They'll last a week in your fridge and the flavor and texture will not be compromised in any way. You're just killing the surface materials that speed decomposition.
