this was so easy and helpful, great way to have a sweet snack at home instead of reaching for store-bought stuff, i made just the base and it was still super yummy. thank you!
Any ideas for no dates but also no "sticky sweetner"? Trying to find a budget way that doesnt have fruit with a geopolitical issue attached. Maple syrup is way too expensive. That half a cup is £4+ alone
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and put them on the table for christmas.
Wow, great recipe super simple and it came out great. I used a mixed bag, unsalted nuts absolutely delicious with the coconut and vanilla. Can’t wait to try more variations!
Vacuum sealed sukkary dates are better
thanks we made all of them with a little bit change. came out absolutely delicious. will make it again got lots of compliments from the family. thank you
Good job👍
Absolutely love these recipes. Worked beautifully!
The no-baking part is what sold me, and oats with dates is such a perfect base combo. Excited to try a couple of the 5 flavours for my meal prep this week.
Whenrevdud you get the “Only Peanuts Smoothie” peanut butter?
How much time its can be reserved.
Thank you for sharing ❤
🤔 Could I use Coconut Flour or a healthy organic cake flour instead of regular cake flour? What’s a healthy egg substitute for this recipe?
nice
Just what I was looking for 👍🏼
Thank you for your thorough presentation!! All your videos are this way and that is helpful.
thank you so much
I've tried not one but two from here and both tasted amazing
For the double chocolate ones I didn't have milk chocolate chips so I used dark ones and they tasted so good! And after 3 days made some more with white chocolate chips (they were better with dark than white in my opinion
For the oats and pb ones I used chia seeds instead of flaxseed (don't know why) and they looked so nice!
My family (and neighbours 🙂 loved them so thank you!
Love this. Thanks!
How long can these storage
I love your channel!!! One thing i noticed is some recipes have starch. Its the number one horrible sugar for health. Can i sub something else thx! ❤
How is this healthy when it has over 1000 calories for the batch ?
Is this good for diabetics
Can almond flour be a substitute for ground nuts?
Your explanation is good, but all are energy balls, not protein- and fibre-rich. Here I am, in India, manufacturing high-protein products from oilseeds like Almonds, sesame, peanuts, and coconut.
Almonds, Sesame, peanuts, and other oilseeds contain 50% oil, whereas our oil meals contain 40-50% protein. We use these oil meals in high-protein bars.
I’ve never made an energy ball that tasted good. I hope these are.
Great video 💐 not only because of the content but because you explain everything without rushing like those "shorts" that are impossible to get in a few seconds. Thank you! 🙏🏼🌸💗
The most important is to check the dates "country" of origin 😢
Please don't use Chia Seeds unless you soak them first. They can make you very sick. ✌️🦋
Pre-made store snacks are a total rip-off when healthy options are this simple. Which flavor are you making first?
Thank you so much. I really needed this one since I don't have an oven and I'm learning how to make healthier snacks.
Beautiful
عالی بود🎉

I love this chef's skills how she is handling these balls 👏

Hello the into is 50 seconds. Too much…
These are easy and delicious ❤
Looks yum❤
We used to take energy balls on back packing trips when our kids were growing up. We made them with crunchy peanut butter and added nonfat dry milk a little honey and raisins. They would give us a boost while hiking. For a quick breakfast now at 82, I would use almond butter, egg white protein powder and craisins. I think I might just make them for breakfast tomorrow. This video brought back memories of good times with our kids. Thanks!
