Do THIS Every Day To Lose Fat Faster (Men Over 40!)

🚨 If you’re a man over 40 trying to lose fat faster, this is the ONE thing you must do every single day.
And no — it’s not lifting heavier, doing more HIIT, or chasing the latest trend.

In this video, Bobby Maximus breaks down the most overlooked, scientifically proven habit for fat loss, metabolic health, and longevity — and explains why most men ignore it even though it works better than almost anything else they’re doing.

This isn’t soft advice.
This is the foundation that actually makes fat loss work after 40.

In this video, you’ll learn:
• The daily habit that dramatically improves fat loss and metabolism
• Why workouts alone aren’t enough after 40
• How insulin resistance, inactivity, and sitting are killing results
• What the research says about daily movement and mortality
• How to lose fat without burning out, breaking down, or wrecking your joints
• The simple plan you can execute immediately with no equipment

Most men over 40 are trying to out-train a bad foundation.
That’s why progress stalls, joints hurt, and energy keeps dropping.

This video explains how to fix that permanently.

No gimmicks.
No extreme protocols.
Just the truth backed by data.

  1. Nearly 46 years old and these videos are helping no end. Gym twice a week for lifting, regular walking and eating the best I ever have and feel so much better and no where near drinking as much alcohol, barely any now so very pleased and thanks to Bobby for these helpful videos

  2. I'm 40, male, I walk 5 days/ week to work and back. That's almost a 2 hour walk/ day, almost 12.500 steps. I got a small "gym" at home. I do 2 times per week gym workout and 2-3 times per week military workout (mostly push-ups & pull-ups). I eat a high fiber, protein and macronutrient diet, no junk. I don't take supplements.

  3. I'm 64. In Jan. I went to a doctor who told me I was obese. 5'10" 245lbs I knew I was overweight, but obese? Yep. Pissed me off.
I started regularly hitting the gym. Eased into resistance exercises, lots of core work and walking. Radically changed my diet as well. I've lost 30 lbs in 5 months and really feel that walking has been an integral part of it. It does take a combination of resistance exercises (lifting), strict diet!! and walking.
If I can do it, anybody can. Persistence and consistency are crucial.

  4. I’ve watched 4 videos so far and have been very encouraged. Used the chest exercises this evening and can tell a huge difference as compared to what I ordinarily do. My current avg steps per day are 6000. The walking video is motivating, and I plan to keep some tennis shoes at the office to take away a layer of excuses. Thanks for the vids!

  5. I'm 55 and I just started 2 weeks ago on my weight loss journey. Injured my right foot and ankle back in 2018, unfortunately I can not run anymore do to the type of break it was. gained way to many pounds feeling sorry for myself. Got fed-up with the way I look so I started doing something about it. Now I walk 7 days a week, 5 of those days I do a mile to mile and half, the other 2 days roughly 20 minutes. 5 days a week I'm on and Elliptical for 20 minutes, then weight training for strength. Just for the record, I do live with chronic pain from that injury to my foot, but I am determined to lose this weight and get back to where I was before this nightmare happened.

  6. Absolutely spot on. Near 60 years old and got into hill walking at 40 . Great fitness for older people and so many other things. Beautiful scenery and great for mood and clarity of thought. Even a local walk on the flat is good. Anyone starting on a fitness regime I would recommend walking to get started 👍👍

  7. 5 yrs ago during COVID I was walking to get out of my head. I was doing 18-25,000 steps a day and usually walking 5-10 km a day (3-6 miles) as well as doing weights outdoors with stones and concrete blocks….the result of all that walking was good calorie deficit and I dropped 30 lbs in 4 months…..and now…less walking, a Mon-Fri sitting job and I put all that back on and then some.

So….back to it I am. I just turned 47. pushing 245lbs and decided to start 16/8 IF, get back to the the gym and snowshoeing (waiting for the spring melt) for cardio. Once the snow goes I am going to aim for 10-15,000 steps a day.

Goal 1: 215 lbs by summer and under 200 lbs by end of the year.

  8. Im 55 i treadmill 3.4 mph incline of 6 for 3 miles in the morning and then get on my water rowing machine for 7 minutes then go to work then i do the same thing before bed im 5'10 215 pounds trying to shed belly fat any recommendation for diet
