  1. We upload twice a week, bringing you the most unfiltered conversations🔥What’s your biggest takeaway from this episode? Drop your thoughts 👇

  2. Wth this guys is so irritating. He just doesn’t let her speak. Keeps nagging in between. You’re not the guest here! Let the guest speak for god’s sake!!

  3. Kya hai re unko bolne to de .
Suddenly ek subject se dusare subject pe shift ho rahe ho.
Koi link complete hone hi nahi de raha.
Aisa lagata hai kuch scientific information mil rahi hai guest se ise bich me bolna hi hai. Pura subject shift ho jata hai.
Mai ise bich me chod ke Same guest ko Raj shamami ke sath dekhane ja raha hun .

  4. The person who own this podcast is clearly from such a background where nobody listened him so he is basically calling heavily knowledgeable people and then not letting her speak and making or i would forcing us to listen him people like him are so dangerous in real life these kind of men are the one of those who can’t even digest their own women rising his silly intentions and nature to me clearly seems like he wants us to see him as superior person rubbish
This lady i saw a podcast of her with raj shamani even i have never seen any of shamani’s podcast but this lady is so knowledgeable she is commendable but this bloody guy made me irritate inbetween

  5. Anchor your voice quality itself establishes that your own food habits are very bad. Worst food habits of red meat cornivore etc has badly affected your voice , sounds very arrogant. Be a pure vegetarian to get a good humble, attractive voice .

  6. The pod cast is very interesting but, there is no knowledge given for seniors, in young age you can digest anything but how to live healthy life in old age is very important. I think there should be a pod cast on old age. ❤

  7. It is very insightful discussions. More like right kind of diet for an individual is more than anything like away from disease.
Ma’am is exceptionally learned. My one suggestion to her is to keep target audience in mind. Podcaster is youth say repressing 30s to 40s and share wisdom with 80:20 like it will work for 80% and may not work for 20%.
While podcast was rich of content. But this does not lead to real take away unless listener is too intelligent like in case of homeopathy where patient has to be more knowledgable than doctor to respond what suits him and what not. Any wrong answer lead to wrong medicine . This should not be case of food per se for 80%.
However salute to dietician as podcaster was raising questions very blunt but Ma’am was exceptionally to bat every ball but in her style of conveying what she feels to convey so that nothing wrong is understood by listeners.

  8. To lose weight at an amazing speed naturally, at zero cost, without the need for medicines or diet restrictions or strenuous exercises and to experience great health and happiness, SAVIKAR BHARADWAJ offers the 32BAAR FORMULA.

  9. The reason why I don't like his podcasts is that he is so full of himself. Firstly, that fake accent and unnecessary roll of tongue, pretending to be a wannabe. Secondly, everytime he brings a guest to his show he keeps on discussing himself and try to show- look you are here but I also know better. Always disturbing the guest in between and saying- " accha mujhe to ye lgta hai", "vo log to aise hote hai", "mujhe to so and so logo ka concept samajh hi nhi aata ". Like it's great you know things but can you please shut up and let the guest speak whom you and your team has actually put efforts to bring on the show, Very disappointing.

  10. Sonia Narang’s advice cuts through the noise: weight loss doesn’t mean food sacrifice, it means food strategy. Indian meals can heal or harm depending on timing, gut health, and hidden inflammation. This episode proves—it’s not about eating less, but eating right.

  11. As per Ayurveda, salt should not be added in milk but nothing mentioned for tea as tea never existed when Ayurveda books were written. Tea and /caffeine is very recently introduced.
