So, you really expect me to buy all that stuff and do all that, because it’s for my own good or is this another classic marketing strategy?
There is no show greater than Breaking bad
Slow surplus really is the key. Ran ipamorelin from Aureus Research LLC too, up 4lb in 10 weeks, waist flat.
ur basketball shooting skill is impressive dude and breaking bad is the greatest show of all time
Breaking bad is superior to everything. Just finished it for a fourth time
The link to Mom’s chili doesn’t work anymore
Can we get an updated video? All these videos are really old
6 years late, great content. At around the 5 minute mark you mention the importance of the pre workout meal. This is something I agree with however find it challenging as I now workout in the mornings. Any thoughts or suggestions? Preciate it man
what a mom!
one gramm per minute ?? WTF, who is targeting his workout like that. Just go train and STFU
Bros mom is unbelievable!!! 🤯. I can't even begin to imagine. That's literally blowing my mind.
Where is the 8 hour shift at work lol🤣
Great resource! Sustainable body transformation comes from the right balance of nutrition, exercise, recovery and consistency. But what if your body needs different nutrition and you are eating different one??
At AlterMe, we believe in a science based approach that helps people build healthy habits, lose fat and achieve long term results not quick fixes

Nope, there isn't anything better than breaking bad.

The greatest show of all time might have to be Brooklyn 99

The Wire > Breaking Bad.
Breaking Bad is excellent but definitely The Wire
Very well done, appreciate this video!
Love your vids man, but miracle whip is not mayo.. 🤢
I am 2 months in going to the gym and it's time I take the next step with my food intake. I appreciate the info !🙏thank you so much bc this is the route I am going for( lean bulk!!!💪)
thanks for tips
Nothing to loose going too high on protein, except my wallet.

The Wire is the best TV show of all time.
Lot has been changed in science since this video released. I think. Protein in this video is crazy. What about 0.7g – 1g per pound.
Can you give veg dite ❤
This fool eating miracle whip.. im done .. peace sucka
163 lbs? Wtf is he 5 feet tall?
The Wire. Is better than Breaking Bad. This is a fact. T-H-E W-I-R-E!!
I am a 20 year old male, 69kg, 185cm tall and I go to the gym 4 times per week (push+abs, pull, legs+abs, upper) and I do about 3 cardio (1 x football training, 1 x football match and 1x run)sessions per week. I average about 15k steps a day (12-15k steps on rest days or gym days and 18-22k steps on cardio days). What should I eat to stay lean and build muscle? I struggle with the idea of eating more to build muscle and don't really know what my estimated maintenance is etc.
6 years on and it's aging like fine wine. 🍷
I wish we could know the amount of deficit or surplus that out him in smh
Jeff we are all with you man! I am sorry to hear about the passing of your girl brother. We just want you to know we are with you supporting you in this moment of grief. We just want you to know you are loved and not alone❤
Thinking bout you Jeff. We’re here for you 💪🏻❤️
If I ate like that, I would have more gas than Exxon.
Everyone knows whats right to eat good and bad, most have to go to work and have kids. Really just EAT GOOD FOOD, and 1/2 hr to 45 min workouts 4 to 5 days a week will work just fine, plus when you get into your 60's and 70 yrs old 1/2 workouts are fine, just be consistent working out, take L- Glutamine, take Creatine monohydrate, take testosterone booster , vitamins c,e, d, zinc and fish oil. Drink some coffee, green tea, 2% lowfat milk, and water, zero sugar Gatorade, tuna, chicken , white rice , eggs, protein powder and veggies. Now dont skip a coors light 1 can 3 times a week, yogurtland a big bowl, in & out , Chinese food and have fun.
I love this is pre macro factor. Which I have and love.
Who said protein is high it's extremely high 😅
No one gonna talk about how he doesnt miss the hoop
@jeffnippard I'm curious what you'd think of the general plan below. I avoid processed food substances as much as I can, which results in it being a challenge to eat all of the food listed below. Other details, I'm 230 lbs / 5'10" / FFMI ~22 and I'm looking to cut fat while maintaining lean mass.
Sample Eating Day (High-Protein, Whole Foods)
Breakfast / First Meal
4 eggs (200g)
60g sharp cheddar
62g green salsa
227g 88% ground beef

50g jalapeño
Quick Lunch
250g plain Greek yogurt
200g vanilla Greek yogurt
Dinner
~290g homemade meatballs
56g pasta
72g pesto
