💡 Healthy Diet Tips
– Add a protein-rich food such as boiled chana, beans, tofu, eggs or curd to make the meal more balanced.
– Measure peanuts and olive oil because both are nutritious but calorie-dense.
– Eat a variety of vegetables, fruits and protein sources throughout the day.
– Stay physically active, sleep well and maintain consistent eating habits.
– For weight loss, focus on an appropriate calorie deficit rather than relying on one particular recipe.
⚠️ Warning
– This salad does not guarantee weight loss on its own. Results depend on your overall food intake, activity level and lifestyle.
– Chaat masala already contains salt, so add extra salt carefully.
– If you have a peanut allergy, leave out the peanuts.
– Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly before preparation.
– Refrigerate leftovers promptly and consume them while fresh.
