I break down whether Retatrutide truly increases appetite or if it works by optimizing how your body uses energy and regulates hunger signals. I explain why weight loss plateaus happen, the limitations of calorie restriction, and how metabolic adaptation affects long-term results. You’ll also learn how Retatrutide functions as a triple agonist and what lifestyle factors help activate and support your metabolism. If you’re looking to understand a smarter, more sustainable approach to fat loss and metabolic health, this episode will give you clarity.

Speaking from my own experience , reta definitely significantly increase your metabolism. Not sure what the science says , but definitely more than what ppl think. I am only on 1mg a week and i m getting away with 2.5kcals n still losing weight whereas when i m off reta, i m only on 2 to 2.1kcals n maintaining my weight.
I'm on 2mg of reta for five months the minute I try to up the dose even by 2.5 mg I get bad headaches and fatigue and acid reflux. When I work out resistance weight training 3x a week I noticed myresting heart rate take an hour or two to go back down to. Under 100 but normally my resting heart rate is 78 88. Is reta too overstimulating me or am I dehydrated should one drink electrolytes like liquid IV daily or only workout days or would one switch to tirz.
If we're the product of scarcity, why does scarcity harm us instead of improving us? Scarcity is not a physiological mechanism. Modern weight loss drugs, like reta, restore deadened satiety signals so people like your client can stop eating when she's satisfied, instead of eating until she's overstuffed, and eventually 80 pounds overweight. That those "stop" signals exist at all demonstrates that we're not the products of scarcity, but abundance. That’s why your client can now eat one plate at a buffet or one cookie out of a package of 30 or drink one bottle out of a six pack. If she was the product of scarcity, that stop receptor wouldn't exist at all, let alone exist universally, because overeating is adaptive, and satiety maladaptive, in scarcity. The mechanism is receptor signaling, not scarcity.
On Reta. I intended to eat 6 cookies with my coffee yesterday and could only eat 3 and was stuffed as a turkey.
