Day 10 of Weight Loss Challenge | What I Eat in a Day | 90 Days Postpartum Recovery Challenge | Sample South Indian Meal Plan
Day 10 of my 90 Days Weight Loss Challenge 💗
Today was a little different from my usual routine. I had a case study assignment for my Nutrition and Dietetics class, and I got so involved in completing my work that I didn’t pay enough attention to my meal timings.
I usually start my lunch between 12:30 PM and 1 PM, but today I started eating only at 2:30 PM. Since I had lunch late, I wasn’t hungry during my usual evening snack time. I started feeling hungry around 6 PM, so I finished my dinner early.
Honestly, I’ve felt guilty many times when I don’t eat on time. I know how important it is to nourish our bodies instead of neglecting our basic needs while working. But sometimes, when I’m busy, I unknowingly fall back into my old habits.
Even during my school and college days, whenever I had exams or projects to complete, I would often skip meals or eat at irregular times. I’ve been trying to improve this habit for the past 2–3 years, and I’ve made progress. But now that I’m getting busy with work again, I noticed myself repeating the same pattern.
This time, I want to be more mindful and responsible about my health. Since I’m sharing my weight loss journey publicly, I want to practise what I talk about and make healthier choices consistently.
I’m not aiming for perfection. I’m learning to balance my work, health, and family without neglecting myself. ❤️

One irregular eating day doesn’t define your entire health journey. What matters is building sustainable habits and nourishing our bodies consistently.
This is my personal weight loss journey, not a one-size-fits-all diet plan. Your nutritional needs may vary depending on your age, activity level, health conditions, and goals.
Thank you for being part of my journey! 💗
Let’s keep learning, improving, and growing together.
