  2. Everyone comments about your voice April about adding that soothing sound making the exercises so relaxing, which is true!
Tell Mom her voice was just as well!
When performing the walking session her heel-toe, her voice helped me to practice and focus because I didn’t have eyes on my phone.
    Excellent job! ❤

  3. Thanks for this workout! I had trouble sleeping last night so was feeling grumpy and lethargic but wanted to work out. Couldn't find something I wanted to do, but my husband suggested tai chi because I had done some tai chi walking videos previously. I searched YouTube and was thrilled to find your tai chi workout. You two make me smile and I love your interactions together. I really feel much more cheerful and ready to face the day now! 😁

  4. Hello…I enjoy your channel 🥰
I was just diagnosed with scoliosis in my left lumbar reguon, thus I experience pain when walking or standing and lose my balance as I'm walking…will this form of taichi walking, help with balance or aggravate it…I do use a cane for walking long distances 🙄

  5. Hi April. Ever since I suffered a mild stroke 20 years ago, I have had a balance problem walking & cursive writing. Otherwise, I do not suffer anything else. My cognition, speech, memory, are all excellent. In fact, after my stroke, I returned to University and completed a double major in Mathematic & Economics; I graduated with an A+, 4.3 GPA. I would like to improve my balance. Will Tai Chi improve it? Thanks, April. I think I am older than your mother. J'ai quatre vingt quatre .

  6. This is great! I noticed a big change from doing this after two days. I feel more steady and stronger. Thanks! It must also retrain the brain. Walking backwards is much more challenging than walking forwards. I was sweating!
