  1. I have REALLY been enjoying and needing your videos. The foods you usually always make are my favorites. I’m excited to start making your sauces. I feel like we are very similar with how we like to eat our food. Haha I love sauces and it’s hard to find good healthy ones. Thank you! I just found you like a week ago and I’m so happy. 🤓

  2. I've heard that every time we eat, insulin is released and insulin is a fat storage hormone (thus snacking is not encouraged). That said, it clearly works for some.

  3. Hi to all, I'm new here, but im very thankful for your videos & reading all the nice comments, you have all gave me hope! Thank you! I hope we all get what we want and need..❤

  4. If I ate the way you just did, I would gain so much weight so fast. I was just diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. No matter what I eat, I gain weight. I’m so frustrated with my body. I hate it.

  5. Are you on medication for hypothyroidism? I just got diagnosed and I eat exactly like this now but those extra 15 lbs wont go away. Do u need to be on medicine for your body to allow you to lose weight?

  6. You are such an inspiration to me Katie! I’ve been trying to get healthier for a long time, but you actually make it fun 😊. I just keep coming back and it helps me so much to keep on track!!

  7. Really confused by tons of info available on the internet. Most of the ppl are advocating to do intermittent fasting and take one to two meals a day only … while others are telling to eat small frequent meals regularly 😮
What to follow if one has hashimotos 😢

  8. I havent lost any weight take armour thyroid 120 mg twice a day take hydrocort and anastrozole dr switched me to one armour thyroid a day showed one pill was plenty for my blood levels but lost my appetite and started taking the second armour thyroud again got some energy back and eating good again dont recomend skipping breakfast with hypothyroidism eat 3 or 4 eggs with som we thing healthy protein good for u i have to eat 4 meals a day with a snack once or twice

  9. Coffee is a big no no for hypothyroidism! Is it decaf or coffee alternative?? You eat so much that is recommended to avoid for hypothyroidism, like bread, spinach, broccoli, onions, kale. If you have hypothyroidism you are supposed to avoid anything with Giotrogens. Why are you including all these things???

  10. I’m having such difficulty with slow digestion do you feel that having snacks during the day helps at all? Anyone else out there who’s dealt with a super slow digestion any help would be appreciated!! Thank you

  11. Hey there, just came across your video(s). I recently learned I have elevated TSH levels and am on the verge of starting medication. I'd prefer not to if I can somehow get my thyroid to function optimally via diet. With that said, where do you get your meal plan for hypo? Do you follow the guidance of a functional nutritionist or naturopathic doc or did you create your own meal plan?
    Thanks for all the info!
