  1. This method honestly saved me so much time, money and faffing around with meal deals that didn’t even taste good 😂

If you enjoyed this method, I have full meal plans in my recipe ebooks so you can prep your WHOLE WEEK like this without spending your life in the kitchen ⬇️

If you want 100s of recipes tailored for fat loss, just like the ones in this video: https://themacrofriendlycookbook.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=video-60&utm_content=ebooks

  2. I love your content and I love the advice you give in here, and how smart you are with the meal prep, but I waited the whole video to see how you prep these dishes and how you put them together and you have cut to them already in the tubs, so I feel a bit cheated here. 90% of the video is your beautiful but wobbly face talking at me, which is a bit too intense for me to enjoy

  3. Snacks is something I struggle with so much! I need something easy for when I’m at work (that won’t smell like eggs). I’m a teacher so I’d love some stuff that is quick to prep then have for a while!

  4. I would help with meal ideas for someone without a kitchen, who only has access to 1 small table with a microwave. kettle on it, with a toaster on top of the microwave . Also, I don't like salads or a lot of vegetables. Can you solve this Bethany, please?

  5. I am actually struggling with the actual eating tbh

I am a chef, work up to 13/15hrs a day
I do NOT have the time you may think I have to eat and have everything
Got some meals delivered from prepmymeal and they do help me in quickly eating something that just needs to be warmed up but is good for me and has enough protein etc

I just dont always have the time to actually eat😂

  6. Hi Bethany I’m an older woman who doesn’t eat enough! Yes I know controversial….. I can’t imagine eating half of your meals a day however I’m loving your recipes and I’m going to try and eat more volume without piling on the calories like you suggest. Wish me luck got two stone to loose! X
