  2. So, you really expect me to buy all that stuff and do all that, because it’s for my own good or is this another classic marketing strategy?

  3. 6 years late, great content. At around the 5 minute mark you mention the importance of the pre workout meal. This is something I agree with however find it challenging as I now workout in the mornings. Any thoughts or suggestions? Preciate it man

  4. Great resource! Sustainable body transformation comes from the right balance of nutrition, exercise, recovery and consistency. But what if your body needs different nutrition and you are eating different one??
At AlterMe, we believe in a science based approach that helps people build healthy habits, lose fat and achieve long term results not quick fixes

  5. I am 2 months in going to the gym and it's time I take the next step with my food intake. I appreciate the info !🙏thank you so much bc this is the route I am going for( lean bulk!!!💪)

  6. I am a 20 year old male, 69kg, 185cm tall and I go to the gym 4 times per week (push+abs, pull, legs+abs, upper) and I do about 3 cardio (1 x football training, 1 x football match and 1x run)sessions per week. I average about 15k steps a day (12-15k steps on rest days or gym days and 18-22k steps on cardio days). What should I eat to stay lean and build muscle? I struggle with the idea of eating more to build muscle and don't really know what my estimated maintenance is etc.

  7. Jeff we are all with you man! I am sorry to hear about the passing of your girl brother. We just want you to know we are with you supporting you in this moment of grief. We just want you to know you are loved and not alone❤

  8. Everyone knows whats right to eat good and bad, most have to go to work and have kids. Really just EAT GOOD FOOD, and 1/2 hr to 45 min workouts 4 to 5 days a week will work just fine, plus when you get into your 60's and 70 yrs old 1/2 workouts are fine, just be consistent working out, take L- Glutamine, take Creatine monohydrate, take testosterone booster , vitamins c,e, d, zinc and fish oil. Drink some coffee, green tea, 2% lowfat milk, and water, zero sugar Gatorade, tuna, chicken , white rice , eggs, protein powder and veggies. Now dont skip a coors light 1 can 3 times a week, yogurtland a big bowl, in & out , Chinese food and have fun.

  9. @jeffnippard I'm curious what you'd think of the general plan below. I avoid processed food substances as much as I can, which results in it being a challenge to eat all of the food listed below. Other details, I'm 230 lbs / 5'10" / FFMI ~22 and I'm looking to cut fat while maintaining lean mass.
Sample Eating Day (High-Protein, Whole Foods)

    Breakfast / First Meal
    4 eggs (200g)
    60g sharp cheddar
    62g green salsa
    227g 88% ground beef
    75g sweet potato
    50g jalapeño

    Quick Lunch
    250g plain Greek yogurt
    200g vanilla Greek yogurt

    Dinner
    ~290g homemade meatballs
    56g pasta
    72g pesto

    Daily Totals (approx):
    Calories: ~2,365 kcal
    Protein: ~205g
    Carbs: ~89g
    Fat: ~127g
    Fiber: ~9g

    Macro split:
    Protein: ~35%
    Fat: ~48%
    Carbs: ~17%
