Project 20: High Protein Low Carb Meal Prep for Weight Loss | Easy Fat Loss Meals

Welcome back to another episode of Project 20: Losing the Regain — Episode 18! ❤️

We’re back in the kitchen for another HIGH-PROTEIN, LOW-CARB MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND FAT LOSS! And y’all, today’s meal prep is full of FLAVOR!

If you’ve been following my weight loss journey, you know I’ve lost 95 pounds, and now I’m on a mission to lose the weight I’ve regained. I’m continuing to focus on consistency, making healthier food choices, and creating sustainable habits that will help me reach my weight loss goals.

And one thing about me — I’m not giving up on myself!

In today’s meal prep, I’m preparing some delicious, easy, high-protein meals that will help me stay on track throughout the week without sacrificing flavor.

🍽️ WHAT’S ON THE MEAL PREP MENU?

🍖 Juicy Oven-Baked Pork Chops – These pork chops are seasoned to perfection, baked in the oven, and come out juicy, tender, and packed with delicious flavor! A satisfying protein option that’s perfect for a low-carb meal prep.

🥘 Southwest Ground Turkey Skillet – This flavorful ground turkey skillet is packed with delicious Southwest-inspired seasonings and makes a versatile, protein-rich option for quick lunches and dinners throughout the week.

🥬 Delicious Sautéed Cabbage – Simple, flavorful, and one of my favorite low-carb vegetable sides! This sautéed cabbage pairs perfectly with both the pork chops and ground turkey for satisfying meals.

One thing I’ve learned throughout my weight loss journey is that meal prepping doesn’t have to be complicated or boring to be effective!

I love preparing a few delicious proteins and vegetables that I can mix and match throughout the week. This makes it easier to stay consistent with my nutrition, manage my portions, and avoid making last-minute food decisions when life gets busy.

But today’s video is about more than just cooking.

It’s about STAYING COMMITTED TO YOUR GOALS, EVEN WHEN LIFE GETS BUSY!

Losing weight isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes we make progress, sometimes we experience setbacks, and sometimes life simply gets in the way.

But I’ve learned that having a setback doesn’t mean we have to give up.

We can make the next healthy choice.

We can prepare our meals.

We can get back into our routines.

And most importantly, we can keep moving forward!

That’s what Project 20 is all about for me — losing the regain, rebuilding consistency, and creating a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain long after I reach my goal.

We’re not looking for perfection. We’re building habits that LAST! ❤️

  1. Hi DeeDee!😊 I love thin pork chops, also!👍🏽 I could eat bell peppers & onion sautéed, also!! I sauté them in butter and add salt & pepper. The cabbage looks delicious! Great prep…as usual! I’m hoping to keep the 3 pounds I’ve lost off until the end of the month. That will be a challenge for me. I’m determined! ❤ Thanks, DeeDee!

  2. I like pork chops but my husband doesn’t eat pork. My meal prep this week is ground turkey enchiladas and black bean. And smothered chicken w rice. I’ll eliminate the rice for me and have a salad.

  3. Team thin chops. I’ve stopped buying center cut because for whatever reason I can’t seem to cook them anymore without drying them out or making them tough. You’ve got me buying pork steaks.

  4. I don't have a more trusted health channel than this one. Found Your Body Wants to Heal by Dr. Sarah Kline after watching here for a while and it filled in every gap I still had. If you watch this channel, read that book.

  5. Pork chops are on sale at my local grocery store so I think I'm going to grab a couple packages and try out your recipe. This week on my meal prep plan I'm having chicken and mushroom orzo, homemade chicken nuggets, parmesan tilapia and shrimp and a lot of yogurt with added protein powder (breakfast everyday is yogurt with Chia seeds and mixed berries).
I agree with you, meal prep helps me keep on track.
