☎️ Book Your COMPLEMENTARY CONSULTATION and CALORIE CALCULATION Call:

Reverse dieting can either restore your metabolism…
or quietly make things worse.

Especially over 40.

If you’ve ever increased calories and gained weight quickly…
or gone into fat loss after a reverse and nothing happened…
this episode will change how you approach the entire process.

Reverse dieting is not just about adding calories.

It’s about timing, pacing, stress load, and understanding whether your body is actually ready to use more fuel — or still stuck in storage mode.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the biggest do’s and don’ts of reverse dieting for women over 40 — what actually supports fat burning, what backfires, and how to know if your body is responding the way it should.

Because this isn’t about eating more and hoping for the best.

It’s about strategy.

  1. I’m looking for the link for reverse dieting. I’ve done my consult call, had Dutch panel , I’ve slowly increased my calories from 1300-1500 up to 1600.. I’m 5’1 and active but have auto immune… can you highlight the link please ❤ thank you

  2. Dropping the ultra processed foods is a good move. They are full of unnatural ingredients that wreak havoc on our metabolism and guts. Focusing on whole foods, especially veggies, fruits, protein and fibers are excellent advice.

  3. I was doing everything right and could not lose weight. I gained 25 pounds during menopause, and it was still creeping up. What worked for me, is I stopped taking my progesterone orally. When it is metabolized by the liver, it creates a hormone that is also produced during the last months of pregnancy. That hormone causes weight gain in preparation for the baby. I am now down from 138 to 128. I am losing a pound a week. I have always worked out and ate pretty healthy.

  4. I have heard all this info over and over. Dished out money with no results. What makes your program any different. Same comment as usual….every body is different….excuse why program doesn’t work. Also what are your credentials

  5. Doesn't this work once we reach our goal weight? Or hit a plateu.? I have hashimotos hypothyroidism and im afraid to increase my calories if i eat over 1500 and am active i gain weight.

  6. She needs to listen to Dr Fung, calories have nothing to do with it, it’s the old way of thinking. As soon as she said calories I knew she was on the wrong track, f this works it’s temporary and we are tired of counting calories. It’s the insulin response and quality of food. Bye forever.
