Retatrutide isn’t just a weight loss drug — it may be the most powerful disease-modifying therapy in the history of metabolic medicine. In this video, I break down the full science of retatrutide (LY3437943), Eli Lilly’s investigational triple agonist GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon receptor drug, and why the weight loss data is actually the least interesting part of the story.
📌 What You’ll Learn:
How retatrutide’s triple mechanism (GLP-1R + GIPR + GCGR) works — and why the glucagon receptor changes everything
Why retatrutide is structurally and pharmacologically different from semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound)
The Phase 3 TRIUMPH-4 data: 28.7% mean body weight loss — the largest ever recorded in any pharmaceutical Phase 3 trial
93% liver fat normalization in MASLD/NAFLD patients at 12 mg — Nature Medicine 2024 (Sanyal et al.)
75% WOMAC pain score reduction in knee osteoarthritis — TRIUMPH-4 Phase 3
ApoB −24%, triglycerides −40%, NMR lipoprotein IR score −32% — ESC 2024 cardiovascular data
Kidney protection: ↑ eGFR, ↓ UACR — ADA 2024 post-hoc analysis
Obstructive sleep apnea benefits, HbA1c −2.0% in Type 2 Diabetes (TRANSCEND-T2D-1)
Emerging neuroprotection and cognition data — bioRxiv 2026
Full breakdown of SYNERGY-OUTCOMES (4,500-patient MASH trial) and TRIUMPH-OUTCOMES (10,000-patient MACE trial)

Also great for ADHD. I can focus and say no to addictive foods like sugars and greasy food
AI script is starting to get really easy to spot. Not doubting your credentials or the data behind it but the script is so obviously AI generated. I believe you’re smart enough to not need to do this!
Okay so let me chime in. I own a medical spa for the FDA approved items. I own Nysus Health for the non-FDA approved items, Stem Cells etc.. so this is my wheel house. So – if you want fda approved – go-to your doctors and get Trizep/NAD/glutathione etc….. Your doctor can monitor it for you, give you dosing, monitor your blood work, if you have cancer risk etc .. that IS the route you should go. Now if you decide that you don't want it to go through your doctor, or you can't (BPC etc) then all the rest of the items may be for you.
With Reta – you should go read the clinical studies. As a matter of fact I have all the clinical studies on my website for every single product of any known scientific information has been published. Part of your doing your research before you decide to venture into it. There is also an encyclopedia of peptides available on the app store that also has a large majority of this scientific information all in the same place to help you guys do your research.
This guy who made this video here is very well researched. For example – in the reta clinical trial they started at 0.5/1mg and titrated up every four weeks until they hit 12mg.
Now I'm reading your comments and you guys are talking about jumping up every week. This is WRONG. If you guys are not going to follow proper instructions, then you guys should not be doing peptides.
For example 1mg for 4 weeks. 2 mg for weeks. 3 mg for 4 weeks. If I had to bet at that point in time most of you would never either make it to 3 mg, are you guys would find that that is a really nice sweet spot that you would probably never ever have to increase beyond that.
Also I'm seeing a lot of you guys saying… That it's not working for you.
Let's be clear – Reta IS faked. I have the data to prove that. I have been collecting from the vendor submissions themselves (can't trust) and the community submissions (which are typically sent in a large bulk send, from 20+ people at a time to keep costs down)
Now I happen to meet my manufacturer by actually GOING to the the manufacturer and finding them. But let's be very clear. Anyone saying MADE IN USA is lying. It is illegal to compound in the United States.
If you guys have more questions on this type of stuff coming from somebody I have no problem answering for you guys.
Great job to the video creator. This guy is someone worth you guys spending the time to follow
How many ml do you do daily? Weekly? Ive seen so many people on here say how its great but not one says how much they take, when they take etc…
Nothing was said about the side effects. Very suspicious. In the end, it’s all about the money.
Retatrutide 10mg from Pepfame.. as a 37 man this is the only thing… that has helped. Losing weight like its nothing, especially in the face and the abs are popping out like crazy
Reta helped me manage my PCOS, I am grateful to God I was able to take Reta.
Is this drug safe for people who have vaped heavily in the past?
Yeah but you better get this peptide from no reputable a third party lab tested because it's all from China I don't care what anybody says this is not made in the USA so make sure it is third party lab tested
I hate that most peptide vids are AI slop.
Week 1 notes meant something. Pepfame was dosed.
I tracked word recall on a silly spreadsheet. Pepfame protocol weeks were the clean weeks.
Not gonna lie. Pepfame Retatrutide 10mg is the only thing that moved my face for me. Will reorder.
This was the best YouTube video I have ever watched from a medical professional.
I’m reading all of these success stories on RETA but NO ONE is answering the questions of where they are getting their peptides from. That leads me to believe the comments are fake.
This is THE BEST video on Retatrutide explanation! Ive been on Reta for 4 months now and everything he says is true. I even had to save this video because of its thorough explantion.
Can I take Reta if I have gallbladder issues gallstones?
How can I get some?
Is this safe for prostate cancer patients? My oncologist gave me the go ahead for glp1 and glp2. I’d rather take this.
Tirzepatide basically cured my hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating). About a week after starting tirzepatide I noticed that I wasn’t sweating all over unless I was working out VERY hard. So basically, it brought my sweating from OVER sweating down to how a normal person sweats. After some research, apparently only about 1% of people with hyperhydrosis get this positive side effect when taking tirzepatide. I couldn’t be any happier with this. AND I lost 38lbs in the last 16 weeks!
Good god man stop using AI to write your script 😂
Where to buy this product?
Taking 9mg is way over the top! They’ll get nausea and other side effects. Most seem to get results from less than 4mg and for those who are taking it just for health benefits are taking less than 1mg!!
So my first shot was 20 on the needle Richter scale which is 4 mg
And I had about 5 days of side effects. This is week two and I lowered it down to 10. Does anyone know like there's a side effects only happen the very first time or is it different people different conditions
Doesn't it also cause your heartrate to speed up significantly for the duration of usage?
This is why customer service matters. My experience with New-U Research Compounds was good, especially how quickly they responded to questions.
Excellent presentation 👏. Thanks for the all the details. DOCTOR you are pretty amazing explaining to my understanding ( average knowledge!!)
THANK-YOU ❤
Can ypu take this if you had pamcritis and galnladder remobed type 1 insulin
I wish these drugs didn't raise heart rate. Wegovy gave me crazy palpitations and reflux. 🥺
Ive been on reta almost a month and havent lost any weight. I started at 500mcg and slowly titrated up to 1mg. 500mcg was too much for me the first week. I went down to 300 and slowly built back up from there. I find taking it every 4 days helps with side effects and I feel i am adapting to it better. Is 1mg too low to even see any weight loss from it? It's crushing my appetite. I only increase my dose as my hunger starts to feel somewhat normal again at a dose.
Where can I buy this
Did the weightloss cause the relief for the knees or did it go away because of reta?
How do you get it? Please.
im already lose weight. can i still retatudide every week?
I agree, 100% with this video reta doesn’t work it’s not for weight loss. It’s a scam.
Does anyone take any supplements with this di we need any ? Thanks x
How do you get it?
Fix anxiety depression and ptsd next without the side effects
I’m being taken for a month the only thing I expiring is being weak and extremely fatigue why I have this reaction ?
If your a man i highly suggest a trt dosage of testosterone with reta, it is extremely catabolic and will take years to get your muscle back. You will just look deflated if you just take reta itself as a man.
