If you have PCOS and you have been eating well, exercising, trying every diet you have come across, and the belly fat is still exactly where it was six months ago, I need you to watch this video.

The problem is not your effort. It is that everything you have been told to do was designed for regular fat loss. Not for what is actually happening inside your body with PCOS.

And there is something else most people with PCOS have never been told.

Just three weeks ago The Lancet, the most prestigious medical journal in the world, officially renamed PCOS to PMOS. Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. That one letter change is the medical world finally admitting this was never just about your ovaries. It is a full body hormonal and metabolic condition. And that changes everything about how you actually fix it.

In this video I am giving you a three week plan that addresses the three specific hormonal drivers behind PCOS belly fat 👇

🔬 The hormonal cycle running inside your body that no diet or exercise routine can out-run until you break it first
🥩 The simple eating order change that triggers the same natural effect as Ozempic without the injection or the cost
💪 The specific training approach that directly lowers testosterone in women with PCOS
💊 The most evidence backed supplement for PCOS that most women have never heard of
😴 Why sleep is one of the most powerful hormonal interventions available to you and exactly how to fix it

Three weeks does not cure PCOS. But it is the start that changes everything.

👇 Drop a comment and tell me how long you have been dealing with this without anyone explaining why it was happening.

  1. 1) Cut Refined carbs
    2) instead of potatoes—— intake sweet potato instead of white rice—- brown rice instead of bread- eat lentils and beans, eat protein rich foods 3) walk 10 mins after each meal

  2. What you said is absolutely true but what diet to follow for pcos. Because insulin resistance is a biggest hurdle when it comes to setting a diet. Carbs scare me and without carbs meals make me miserable. Can you help with a diet to be followed to loose weight with pmos

  3. After going to so many doctors and trying almost everything now I finally understand the mechanism and dynamics. Thank you so much for it. I’m eagerly waiting for your new video on pmos.

  4. This video was super informative. Very thorough. My humble request to you is to make more videos on this topic and Hypothyroidism. Please make videos on workout routines that benefit PCOS

  8. Flaxseed oil, peppermint tea, cinnamon sprinkled in my coffee ☕️
What happens when I consistently do this daily. I hv more energy and better skin.
What irritates pcos lack of sleep and high cortisol from stress.

  9. In the 6 years I've spent having to research pcos and work on my own health plan (because majority doctors didnt learn enough about it) this is the best video I've watched summarising all the most important points that have helped me in my pcos journey. Something that has currently been helping me is eating fibre and protein first in my meals and focusing on a low carb high protein moderate healthy fat breakfast t counter act high cortisol in the morning. i especially have blended chia seeds with water and vegetables to start and apple cider vinegar and water in the middle of my sardines and beans. Ive aimed for 100g protein a day (i used to have 120g but it was more than i needed and aimed for a high enough amount for a body weight i wanted). Hiit after weight workouts also is great and i stress less about getting my 10k steps in

  10. Start from 3:30. Summary:
    1. Core issue: elevated androgens, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation.
    2. Food: cut refined carbs and replace them with complex carbs, eat protein first.
    3. Walk for 10 minutes after every big meal.
    4. Lift weights, do some HIIT.
    5. Supplement with inositol (40:1 myo:chiro), omega 3.
    6. 7-8 hours of deep sleep.
    7. Manage stress, spend time in nature, less doomscrolling.

  11. I don’t have my ovaries anymore and yet I still have all the symptoms. I don’t have a menstrual cycle because I have had a total hysterectomy. I am going to start tomorrow because it is almost midnight.

  12. The only thing that has ever helped me was the Atkins Diet, when he was a lived. I have tried GLP1s are not working. I still have the original book. I shed 30 pounds and got pregnant. I am still dealing with this huge belly. I have had a total hysterectomy and I am still dealing with the facial hair and large belly even though I am very slim 😢. I am definitely going walking after my meals. I am also a diabetic and I am very insulin resistant 😢
