In this video, my brother, Brad, completes a 100 day fat loss journey, attempting to get to 19% body fat. I didn’t want him to do his first cut alone, so I joined him, setting my goal at 9% body fat!

  1. Shoutout to Brad for his amazing effort on this challenge! I’m super proud of how far he’s come. Appreciate you all very much, thanks for all the love and support. I’ve got some really cool projects planned at the lab that I’m excited to start sharing. See you again soon!

  2. Hi jeff, I am an Indian watch'ing your vedios from last 4 years but I have no money and time for doing gym now I want make dare step of my life i want to come to your place and for that I will resign my job I do content with you and you also get benefitted becoz I am an Indian Indian people will watch ur vedios please reply yes or no

  3. Thankyou so much for this video. It made me realise that while I was in the gym I shouldn't be too hard on myself to hit the target and instead I should stay focused on the process and celebrate the small wins❤

  4. That just goes to show how people overestimate how easy is to have gains.

Often you see people talking "this physic is easily archivable in 1 year" but when you see around there's very few people with "this" physic. Even when you do everything right, getting into great shape take years of consistency.

  5. Was about to bed rot, already had my pajamas on, then I watched this video. On my way to the gym now. Thank you, Brad! I’ve been stuck at 17% body fat for months, but you motivated me to lock back in after not training for a month.

  6. Make a video on how to recover from shoulder pain using abcd exercises
I experience shoulder pain during lateral raises, squat (holding the bar) ,db shoulder press, decline machine chest press, as i have been going through your program "Pure Bodybuilding" i have difficulty in performing these exercises. It is my humble request 😊

  7. Thank you, truly, thank you for making this kind of content. I have struggled since high school to maintain any semblance of a healthy body weight. I'm currently 260 lbs and my goal is 200 lbs. Last year, I had gotten down to 230 lbs and I felt great, and I looked great. My jawline was visible, and I just looked healthy. This allowed me an abundance of confidence, but sadly my girlfriend broke up with me and I started drinking. I tossed the diet and weight lifting away, and just collapsed and regained around 30 lbs. 260 lbs that is my gate keerp, it's where I stay and I want to push through and finally reach my 200 lbs goal, my true goal is 180 lbs but I am just creating the soft goal of 200lbs. I'm 36 so it's noticeably more difficult for me to lose weight but I am trying. I am lifting regularly and running now. It's becoming a sort of obsession because it's far more healthy than drinking or using any other substance to self medicate. If I reach my goal of 200lbs I will be the lightest I have been since I was 18. And I pray to god (i'm an atheist) that I can achieve my goal. Just to prove to myself that I am capable of follow through

  8. I‘m surprised that their weight went up during the diet break. They ate at maintenance, shouldn’t they have maintained their weight? Was it purely water from the additional carbs or did their metabolism already adjust to the diet? 😢 as a woman with a fraction of Jeff’s muscle mass I’d have to go pretty low with the calories then 😭

  9. Would you consider doing a video for people with active jobs? I work in construction and want to build muscle but this video made me realize that I probably shouldn’t try to copy you 100%.

  10. Dropping to 26% body fat while making so many huge changes to his life and packing on lean mass at the same time is actually way more impressive than crash dieting down to 19%. He’ll look way better stretching that goal out over a year than trying to do it in 100 days. The quality of these videos is amazing; I am really looking forward to some future update videos on this. Keep it up; you can smash 19% and then aim for a healthy 15%. You got this!

  11. This is an incredibly well made video. I’ve been on a cut for 12 weeks and I’m suffering and struggling as I reach the end stages here. This was extremely motivating for me. Also, we’re so used to seeing instant, insane transformations from stuff like Ozempic, Test, Tren, Reta, etc., that it’s harder to appreciate how incredible it is to drop from 35% bf to 26.6% in a year. In 150 more days of this, he could easily hit his goal of 19%. Keep it up, great video.
