  1. Has YOUR doctor ever tested your fasting insulin levels? Why is this not standard practice? 🤔
A test that costs almost nothing and could predict diabetes 10 years early!

  2. nobody told me to do that I just felt like it…skipping breakfast eating launch or not eating at all and eating after school that is how I looked best in all school and also with most developed muscle go figure that out now after im 39 years old now I train 5 hours a day and love it so…I win I guess lol I probably did not even drink whole school some days it seems scary do not try that I think without my genetics it can be dangerous lol I had zero hair loss long hair ripped and most developed muscle in whole school yes I do have photos and yes now to me I feel I was to skinny…all my life I was trying to gain weight

  3. THIS IS NOT NEWS! DATED REPORTING ,,,,,,,,By skipping a high-carb breakfast, you allow your body to extend its overnight fasting window and continue using stored energy rather than immediately shifting into fat-storage mode. Yes avoid Insulin spikes and Ghrelin!! WE KNOW WE KNOW !!!

  4. Every day and I mean EVERY DAY, I wake up between 90-140. When my feet hit the floor, my blood sugar begins to rise. Before I can go to the bathroom and get to the kitchen, I could be 170's. I cannot wait until later in the morning to eat my protein/fat. I must eat as soon as I get up and go walk on the treadmill in order to stunt the spike to 200 or so in the late morning. From then on, my sugar drops and barely moves with supper. I do have alot of lows from bedtime of 11pm to 3am, then I run in the 90's until the next morning. I gave up coffee, only drink teas with stevia, cinnamon, ACV. No breads at all. Vicious cycle.

  5. In simple words it's 16 hour fasting if you can do it
Or skip starch fat and high gi food
Eat around 10 to 11 skip breakfast and bed tea coffee

  6. i was 48 years old and 58 kgs and healthy, my docter tried me on an acid tablet for heavy bleeding and i went fron 58kgs to 84kgs, it became hard to loose weight. i was ok before menapause, its been so hard, i have done it all so i may try protein drink first thing in the m orning and try that

  7. fat loss.. no carbs after BF, fat loss, carbs at lunch no fat loss, carbs at dinner fat gain.. hi animal fat diet, NO  hunger zero sugar and beer, me at 88 scan confirmed clean arteries on this diet since late 60s. Calories don't count. Vanders et al, U of VA. Various homeostasis mechanisms speed or slow metabolic rate depending on what when and how much is eaten ie eat less, famine signal, metabolic rate slows till fat loss STOPS .. Coffee creatine 90 mins then workout, then BF. I formulated the 1st ever Fitness Trainers Certification in 1974 and used this diet, Today the the FT Certification has gone back to the idiotic calories nonsense.

  8. Eating vegetables and/or salad before every meal also helps as it lubricates the intestines which lessens the effects of carbs when they pass through after

  9. What utter nonsense. Is he even a real doctor? Fat storage doesn't happen while you're awake.Insulin is not responsible for fat storage; it is a hormone that allows organs and muscles to begin drawing nutrients from your bloodstream, thereby clearing it of sugar and making the blood less viscous.

  10. Yet again a study done on all men? There is already enough proof that for women the morning fasting it not optimal and a high protein very nutritious breakfast is imperative for women in peri and menopause
