Did we consider flavor profiles?
I'd honestly rather see land use and pesticide impact on the label than a big green leaf that just makes me feel better about paying extra. No clue how you'd make that readable in a grocery aisle though. Apparently buying an apple requires a dashboard now.
LOWKEY organic stuff is kinda fake in my opinion, like whats wrong with GMO, its literally designed to be better and copper sulphate is poisonous pesticides, generally artifical stuff is not posionous AND I SEE ADS FOR ORGAINIC ROCK SALT which is physically impossible bc rocks arent organic

I looked at the different labels that exsist in my country, and picked one whos standards I agree with. And stick to that one wherever I can. For me most important is not just enviormental concerns, but also human labour ethics and animal welfare.
So yea, I buy my potatos from local conventional farming. But the expensive bio label for my occatinal chocolate and meat. I dont buy bananas as they have to be braught in by plain. And if i get the choice, I try to go for glass, aluminium and paper rather then plastic.
It just depends on the food type and whats really the least harmful overall.

Pesticides are strictly regulated in Europe, but if you buy fruit in the big supermarkets, they are all from a South American or North African country.

I'm paranoid about pesticides and side effects on us humans.
I dont really care about organic, I care about my vegetables being ripe and have good taste. The problem is so much of these are gathered too early and they dont let them ripe properly because they need quantity.
The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by then I could just go home to do the work I have a job and I have a lot more to get ready to go home to get my car so I’m just going home to get the car wash my truck to go get the kids then I’ll go get the truck to get them then I’ll be back to work I just don’t know what to say I just don’t want them anymore I just don’t know how I can get it to work and I’m not know what I have a job to get to work I have a lot to get it to get done I just want you to be home
